I worked with Simoun Francis S and he helped me reimport my reviews on a product that was accidentally deleted. A lifesaver! Thank you so much! I was so sad to lose our valuable reviews but he was able to restore them.

Makes it so easy to collect reviews! Whenever I need help I am able to connect with an agent very quickly. James helped me recently so I could manually request reviews on a specific product I am trying to grow.

Really good customer service from this app. I had a problem with something and tried to chat with an agent and it was quick. The agent knows what he is doing and very helpful. I needed help installing reviews on my websites home page. I used the chat on the app and the response time was super quick. Lemuel helped by adding it to my home page for me but he also helped me understand how to do it myself in the future. He was super Nice.

John G. was really helpful in fixing an issue with reviews now showing up in product groups for me. Overall, a very easy to use app which has resulted in a lot of reviews for us! Recommend!
