Yotpo: Product Reviews App

Yotpoから自動でレビューメールが届きました。準備不足なのもあり、まだお客様に送れない状態だったので、すぐに止める必要があり、チャットtサポートのJesus Lorenzさんに対応していただきました。 Yotpo sent automatically review request. We are not ready for that so we have to stop it. Jesus Lorenz solved my question very quickly. We are going to send review request once we set them correctly. Also Dakay helped me with reviewing text, he did it while new year celebration, thanks! Dakay! Also Nicole Liu helped me！ Nicloe changed display of customer review. Some of customer write their real name. To prevent that Nicloe changed it into "Nick name" Nicole changed admin's name quickly after I asked for it.

It's a good and functional app. The review function can be introduced easily. Help was also kind and quick.

This is by far the best review app and the customer service was outstanding. I had a problem with a theme not being compatible so the Yotpo team worked really hard and ensured the app would work very well with my theme. The theme developer couldn't get this to work but Yotpo customer service team made it work. I am not a paying customer as I use their free plan so it was really awesome for the team to give me outstanding service. I will surely consider moving towards a paid plan with them as my orders level grow. Lemuel was very helpful and Mary Ann deserves a lot of credit for helping with the theme compatibility. Thank you to both of you. I would strongly recommend Yotpo Reviews over any other reviews platform and this app for Shopify is well made.

This app is stable and full of features. Their customer service is also prompt and their technical support solved my issue within an hour. A+

Daniel was very helpful. He moved my reviews from an old Yotpo account to the new one. It had been done previously, but failed to load.

he fixed my problem with app embedding I changed my shopify theme recently and couldn't see or add new reviews. He was able to create the widget and solve the issue!! thank you!

We just upgraded our theme and needed Yotpo reviews back on it and Happy was super helpful and fixed it straight away! We then had another thing we needed fixed a few months later and Lemuel fixed it straight away. Great customer service.

Although you cant cancel scheduled review requests yourself, you can contact Yotpo support and have them cancel it for you. I contact Yotpo for support frequently and they've been very helpful. We use this app to collect feedback and reviews from our customer base. It is a user friendly app that also comes with some awesome customer service if need be! Great tool - have just added to my site. Really easy to use. Simoun F was super helpful. Two of my reviews had misleading typos on it and Simoun helped me fix them. I've also asked for some help and team member called James is mega helpful! EDIT update: I did something wrong and it was displaying the wrong widget for one of my products (my fault). The team member Rhenant was fab and fixed it for me really quickly. Thanks!!
