Really enjoying this app, we have already received so many amazing reviews from our customers and I am able to use them for marketing purposes! Customer service is amazing too, I was helped by Kenneth John and he resolved my issue in a very timely manner, thanks Yotpo!!

So far so good - easy to install and the Support team were able to answer all my questions immediately on live chat. Looking forward to the reviews starting to come in. Update: I have now upgraded to the Growth plan. The app is not always 100% intuitive, however Support is excellent. Nick S really helped me today. Update - I wanted the reviews widget adding to the home page (and deleting from Product page). Allen M was immensely helpful and did the work for me, very quickly.

After using YotPo for more than 5 years, we discovered a gap in which no emails were being sent to our customers for more than a two-week period. We were not over our Order Limit during this period. Tried to reach out to YotPo, and began chat with customer service representative. One hour and twenty minutes later, they were still not understanding the issue, and seemed to have little knowledge of their system (at one point, they said that we just created our account "yesterday"). Gave up speaking to them, tried to use the "Contact Support" form and the form did not do anything when you click "Submit". Another customer support representative reached out to us quickly via email, and was able to resolve the issue. We understand that mistakes and glitches can happen, and will keep YotPo in high regard due to the way they responded to the problem, and corrected the errors.

I'm really impressed with Yopto. The customer service is exceptional, every time I've needed help with integration, uploading reviews or something else someone at Yopto has been there to help. Recently, I needed help changing the look and feel as the app wasn't updating correctly, I spoke to Doner on chat and he fixed it straight away. I'm sure there are other review sites out there that work well but if you want one that also has exceptional customer service and are willing to help whenever you need, I don't think you can go past Yopto. I'm adding to this review after several months as I recently needed help and once again Yopto have blown me away with their customer service. Kenneth was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to solve my problem :)
