Amazing customer service. I was having a hard time importing my reviews form another app - not only did James help me with that but he also implemented everything. Was so nice!!!

James from Yotpo was super helpful. He made it easy to import my current reviews to the Shopify platform. I have used Yotpo for over 5 years and will continue to do so. Great app A++++++++

I loved the help that James from yotpo gave me! He had pacience and solved all the issues we were having importing reviews! definitely 5 stars! thank you james :) Also Eunice from yotpo also helped me a lot! everyone is amazing thank you! The app has its issues, but every time I've run into a problem their customer service has saved me. Like I said, the app runs into a number of problems that can get annoying; however, each time my boss has chewed me out for a review-related issue, they've swooped in and help me out.

Great app and functionality and fantastic support! Very little issues but when there is any hiccup their support is super fast to help!
