I had an issue and couldn't figure out how to add Yotpo to my home page. I contacted them yesterday night, in an 1h the problem was fixed. They were really helpful and quick to reply, thanks again !!

I had issues with positioning the widget on the product page due to the theme. Roland was able to fix the issue within 10 minutes. great customer service and acted promptly.

We had had some issues with our migration, but in the end, the agent handling our migration, Radley, put in a huge effort to get us over the line and was very capable. The platform is still missing a number of key capabilities - it pushes all orders through for products that are out of stock, with no other options for how to manage out of stock orders. It is missing a number of fairly obvious customer notifications. There is no way of passing through delivery details through to the courier. The cancellation flow kicks in when customers remove any of the products from a subscription, so we get calls from customers who are afraid that they are accidentally cancelling their whole subscription. There is no admin capability to make changes to individual upcoming orders. It is integrated with Loyalty and Rewards, but with no way to discern between subscription orders vs one-off orders as the reward trigger. And there's no API yet. To see customer timelines, these have to be individually downloaded as a csv, making on the go customer service almost impossible.

The app works great, and their support answers immediately. This app has the best support out of any of the apps we've used for the site -including Shopify itself. I've used Yotpo support chat multiple times and they're consistently helpful.

Migration was great, very user-friendly for the customer and conversions are sharp as well. Definitely smoother to use than Recharge and Bold. If you have yotpo rewards its a no brainer! Looking forward to seeing how the team develops the app to have even more features and improvements. Yotpo is great for its simplicity, how its apps are all interconnected, but also how they roll out solutions that work and are simple, with no pointless features that sound great in concept but add too much complexity with little to no value. Great job Yotop team, special shout out to Brandon and Randly, these guys are outstanding!!!!!!!

App has great interface but if you have an existing subscription platform, the transfer is entirely dependent on your migration specialist. Our migration took about 2 weeks with very few customers because of the heavy back and forth. Widget looks great on the site and we're able to customize look & feel for branding. Back end has great looking analytics so far. Downsides: yotpo doesn't have a build-a-box feature and our previous app, BOLD, did. Yotpo's solution was to email them all and ask them to go through resubscribing process again. This is forcing us to standardize our subscriptions as we've been through a few different versions. Messy, a ton of customer communication and crossing of fingers that this'll be the real solution we're looking for

These 5 stars are for the support I received from Radly and the escalation team. We ran into a fairly large snafu during migration, right before launch. Radly and team came up with a creative solution to really help us out of a bind. I am very grateful for the extra mile they went and looking forward to seeing our subscriptions in the wild, thank you!

they have great support. we worked with Albert on the Yotpo Subscriptions Migrations Support team and he was amazing to collaborate with. very thorough, very quick to respond, and very helpful in getting all of our legacy subscribers from a previous platform migrated to Yotpo.

had a problem i could figure out and it was frustrating me to no end. Once i open the chat and spoke with Roland he fixed the issue and also gave me instructions on how to fix the issue myself if i ever ran into the problem again. I am super happy and super satisfied! Great app! Great customer service (Thessanyl is the best and solves all my trickiest issues). This app does have its limitations, but I havent found any other app that works this well as far as SKU simplicity, customer facing simplicity, and full customization is concerned. 5 stars from me

I've been running my subscription business for a number of years and I previously used two other subscription apps prior to migrating my customers to Yotpo Subscriptions. A big thank you to the outstanding support from Sheen & Jomar, the migration support team where amazing with communication and made the transition to Yotpo so seamless. The subscription app is easy to install and set up subscriptions for my store. They also have lighting fast customer service via chat. The subscriptions team at Yotpo has been excellent from start to finish in terms of getting our data migrated, fixing small issues with the widget, and setting up functionalities for us. Their customer service has been exceptional so far. Quick responses to my concerns and open communication. Looking forward to all the new features and updates that come out as well as I'm always looking for ways to bring more value to my customers.

Just switched to Yotpo after a terrible experience with another subscription app (Upscribe) and we are super impressed. Onboarding was fast and efficient and the support team was excellent. Minor issues have been fixed within hours and it looks to offer a much-improved customer experience for our subscribers.
