I have the best customer support through Yotpo when I experiencing an issue with my email newsletter, and I was helped from beginning to end and the best way possible. Totally the best service I've had and definitely feel more comfortable and confident using the platform.

Yotpo subscriptions is so much better than other sub apps. Also, their customer service is fast and friendly! Their UI is better, easier, and faster to get up and running. Other apps take tedious work if you have a lot of products. Roland M with Yotpo responded to my in app chat question within seconds and helped me beyond my initial question. Highly recommend checking them out

Sales promised the moon. Support made it very clear things would be done exactly to their script or it wouldn't be done at all. Miserable onboarding experience, and I'm still dealing with 20+ emails per day from confused customers. That said, the app itself seems to work very well. Fresh signups have it easy as can be.

Yotpo subscriptions are easy to set up and very intuitive. Their support team has been fantastic, Roland has been a massive help in working through some issues that we encountered when getting everything set up. Orland also very helpful on the support chat.

Anfangs lief nicht immer alles glatt und die App hat ein bisschen Probleme mit dem Übersetzen von Sonderzeichen, z.B. ö, ä oder ß. Insgesamt ist die App aber sehr gut, funktioniert einwandfrei und der Kundenservice ist fantastisch. Thessanyl hat mir sehr geholfen und ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke!

Just transferred my subscriptions from Recharge to Yotpo. There were quite a few details that needed to be ironed out. Sheen took charge of my case and was very persistent, professional, and polite. The entire job was done well because of Sheen. I am happy with the Yotpo Subscriptions - clean, easy to use and integrates with Yotpo Loyalty. The customer service really was above and beyond for this one.

Our team has used and loved Yotpo Reviews and Loyalty for the past couple of years. We recently migrated over to Yotpo's subscription service and could not be more pleased with what we're seeing so far. The Yotpo team and Radley have been great to work with. I had a lot of questions and they answered them all quickly and patiently. I do hope they can get Yotpo to work on mobile devices soon, as that would be super helpful for my business. The desktop version is working great so far!

Setting up my subscription program was a breeze. ran in to an issue though with my display boxes on my website showing comma's instead of periods for the prices. hit the chat box and Roland assisted me and fixed the issue. He had to enter my shopify back door to get it done but was willing to and got the issue fixed! As a business owner i run in to issues often and normally IT is not helpful. Roland is by far the best IT person ive worked with in months. Solved out the issue in a timely manner and very nice to chat with. I had heard from a friend that Yotpo had great customer service. She was right! I have decided to use Yotpo apps for multiple things now even if other apps have higher amounts of people using them. Cause i know if Theres a issue they will get it fixed.

Yotpo Subscriptions offers the most customization options than any other service my company has used so far. It has been great with all of the different types of campaigns/sales we run. And the customer service is top-notch! Roland M. in specific has been so incredibly helpful and patient. I must have reached out about 15 times in a row and he graciously helped me solve every issue in a timely manner. I highly recommend Yotpo for all your subscription needs!

Migration was smooth, very responsive and friendly customer service. This new subscription system also makes accessing a discount code incredibly easy for subscribers (if you're using Yotpo Loyalty & Rewards), which is a huge benefit for us

Roland M's responsiveness exceeded my expectations. Each inquiry and request I made was met with a swift "Yes," and he efficiently addressed them within minutes, often in less than a minute. Even on a cheerful Sunday evening, Roland was readily available on the chat, providing expert assistance and going the extra mile to ensure everything was sorted. Working with such a knowledgeable and courteous professional was a genuine pleasure.
