Yotpo is a great company; we use them for customer review syndication to walmart.com and subscription models on our website. We had a loyal customer upset because of our mistake, and Roland was able to walk me through the process, providing a freshly captured video and screenshots. He also confirmed my coupon settings were correct, and it worked. Excellent service, outstanding support, and amazing employees.

Just started with this app and well the support is very spot on. So far for an admin it is taking so long to find the function I need to assist customers. We came from Recharge which has an excellent back end for Admins even the timeline for each subscription is easy to read- no excel to down load. When a customer needs help to "ship now" I had to reach out to support to figure it out. It would be helpful for R&D to do UX testing for the actual day to day functionality.

So far I give this a 5 star because I just set up my first subscription so will see how it goes. However, it is so easy to set up and when I hit a snag Roland in the chat was super helpful. So far so good!

This app support was really great. Especially Roland.... I had a issue suddenly so I contacted with support. Roland replied within 1 min and fixed issue within 2 mins. Super fast and kind support. Thank you so much, Roland. Highly recommend....

Tech support is a challenge. Thus far, the four times I have contacted them, they have escalated the tickets, which means at least a 24-hour wait for someone to get back to you. In their support chat, they disable the ability to upload screenshots, so every time within the chat, you have to request the ability to upload a screenshot. This is unheard of. None of the other apps I use have this feature disabled for their support chat. I used to use their SMS product and dropped it (with credits paid for) as I couldn't get a call back from their salesperson to walk through the product's features. This review shouldn't surprise the developer because I believe in giving notice - at least twice - before posting a negative review. But they didn't care. Overall, I do not recommend this app because while the app is promising, the critical part of it - the support behind it is lacking.

I don't have long-term experience with this app (downloaded it JUST today), but I am already feeling good about it thanks to the chat support. I reached out to the chat support and was immediately helped. Thessanyl quickly resolved my question, and I'm now able to continue preparing my subscription launch. I'll return in a few months to review once I have more experience using it.

This is the best thing that could have happened. I have been using another subscription service for a while now. I have also been with Yotpo from the beginning for my customer reviews, then I implemented the customer points. Now they offer the subscription service. Can I just say with everything now all in one place this is absolutely beautiful. Their migration process was so amazing. Not one hiccup. Roland was in charge of my process. He even had videos that showed my website and step by step instructions. I am not very computer literate, and I didn't have to be. My unborn grandchild could figure this out....hahahah. Yotpo Team and Roland Thank you all for everything you have provided, and I know you will still be there when I need you.

Thank you Happy for helping me get the subscription app running. The customer service is very fast and responsive. I tend to have some issues with the UI at times but the fast customer service helps me get things smoothed out immediately.

I couldn't get the customer-facing widget installed on my Shopify store, so I contacted support. They didn't just tell me what I was doing wrong; Irvin with their support team installed it for me and now it's working perfectly.

Maria was super helpful with helping us with a technical issue. The app does lack a few features I would like, such as seeing the subscription NOT base on the sale price of an item if it's on sale when the customer places their subscription. But the backend makes it fairly easy to add and readd an item at a separate price.
