Zakeke ‑ Customizer 2D & 3D

I recommend this app. The operation is good but the best is the customer service, Mattia helped me a lot with all the configuration

Deshalb ganz klar 5 Sterne.

Amazing app, amazing support! So excited to implement my product using Zakeke as we're the first to innovate something like this inside our niche. Completely recommend !

Einfach klasse!

One of the best customization tools out there on Shopify, support team is really friendly and helpful. If you don´t know something you can even ask them and they will respond and give you tips. Many updates and new things coming in a good average time period.

We have been using Zakeke for our customized products at DoorFoto.com for over 2 years now. The software is easy to use and the support has been great when we needed it, but to be honest, we have only had to reach out to them once in the past 2 yrs and they fixed the issues within hours.

This app is by far the best customizer for your website, not only is it the best looking that we have used, but the support you receive from the developers is second to none, always quick to respond and want to hear any ideas you have for the future of the app's development, my kind of people, keep up the fantastic work guys! best regards TKR Graphics

We use Zakeke from few month now, we still have some works to make it perfect but already the system is working very well, i saw some comments that there is nobody to reply if you have a technical request , that is totaly wrong , we have full of the answers at our question . So in fact we are really happy about the system and the business that generated for us these last weeks .

We've tried a number of product and print customisers over the years. This is the only one that hits the mark. So much thought has gone into Zakeke for both backend and frontend. Support is helpful, excellent and quick.

Thanks.

This is such an excellent customization App! Very user-friendly and customer support is awesome. 10/10 would recommend!

I don't normally leave reviews unless I am blown away by a person going above and beyond for me. In this case, Nicola went to the moon and back helping me make my store better and providing the best customer service imaginable. This app is fantastic and Nicola represents the best support you could ever ask for. Thank you so much for everything!

This app is perfect for our custom laser engraving and sub dye product POD business. Easy to implement, listings are set up in minutes, and the backend handling of the production files simplifies the process of pulling production files for production. The recent integration with Etsy has also been a game changer, giving us a viable option to provide our customers with custom engraved and printed products, where no good options existed prior. TL;DR: Love this app. 5-stars isn't enough. Customer for life.

This App makes everything so convenient! Not just for me but especially for my customers, who know exactly what they can expect from now on. Totally worth its money. Big shout out to the customer service who is extremely helpful and always there for you.

I've been very happy with this custom designer app. It works really well, very user friendly and I have had almost no issues with it. Also, their support team responds quickly to inquiries. Would definitely recommend!

Without a doubt the best product customizer on the market, we have used every other tool available on Shopify and this one has the best customer facing tool. Ken and Carlo have been fautless and very helpful. Thank you both very much!
