This app has been such an amazing addition to my business' shop! Because of One Click Upsell I have seen my average order value go up, and I'm finally experiencing true passive income. The app is easy to use and the setup options are super flexible which have been fun to test out. My conversions have been high so you're definitely missing out on extra revenue by not using this app in your Shopify shop.

I've been using this app for only 1 week. What I like about this app: 1. Easy to set up 2. Great customer service 3. Works well over all What could be improve: 1. more freedom of choosing colors that matches our brand for the post offer form (star ratings + % saving)

We've been very happy with One Click Upsell. The app immediately added several thousand dollars of revenue per day. The team has been responsive and helped deal with any issues or bugs that have cropped up along the way. The app isn't flawless - there have been a few bugs in reporting or funnel creation that have been annoying but not critical and were dealt with fairly quickly.

I would recommend this App to anyone. Every time I have had a question or become unstuck the team is there willing to help via the live chat. Very quick responses and solutions to my problems/questions. Amazing service

We have generated great additional revenue using post-sale offers with OCU. We also recently had an issue with one of our funnels working properly and the zipify team took whatever time necessary to get it sorted out for us and was very prompt in communicating steps along the way. Great customer service.

Learning a new tool can be challenging. The support team at One click go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable with their product. Technology and me don't always get along but this support team was there to make sure I was comfortable and their product was usable in my business. Another thing I liked about their support is they didn't just "fix it" they explained it as they went so I could fix it and/or recognize it if I saw it again. I want to thank them for their patience, knowledge and quick response. Most importantly it started increasing my revenue a day or two after I started using it. You can't ask for more than that.

Post purchase upsell doesn't work with Klarna, apparently. So a big no in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Germany etc. The UI is convoluted and unintuitive too. I put off configuring it for a week because it looks like was made in 2004. The "click ATC button" pop-up is ugly and slow, and while Vitals does both better, Vitals doesn't allow you to combine discounts with discount codes. Ugh. Nothing works except Kaching lol.

Shopify currently handles data tokenization, and while not all payment processors are currently supported, we're working on expanding our capabilities in the future.
