Can't recommend this app. Our customers were adding upsell items to cart, and finding during checkout that the PRIMARY item they were trying to buy wasn't in the cart anymore (the most expensive, crucial item!). People were checking out with JUST upsell items. We were able to reproduce this issue on our own repeatedly. Kind of a joke. Then we noticed one of the upsell items wasn't successfully adding. We reported this issue issue to them, and they come back almost 2 weeks later to say they "fixed this issue in firefox", when Firefox was the only browser that DID work. Overall I feel like we were a very low priority for them and I don't feel like they cared much to read our report of the issue carefully, or take it very seriously. For what they charge per month plus their commission, the service was totally unacceptable.

Hi there! My name is Chris and I am Customer Support Manager here at Zipify. I wanted to quickly address the issues presented. For issue one- “Our customers were adding upsell items to cart, and finding during checkout that the PRIMARY item they were trying to buy wasn't in the cart anymore (the most expensive, crucial item!). People were checking out with JUST upsell items.” We were unable to confirm this issue and sought more information to troubleshoot the issue. When we did not hear back for 48 hours we sent a follow up email. We received a response two weeks later which caused the delay. Our Support team responds to all incoming emails/messages on the day they are received. As far as the issue presented, we have protections in place that prevent discounted items from being purchased if the trigger item is removed. We did not see any evidence in our logs of that behavior. For the second issue presented: “Then we noticed one of the upsell items wasn't successfully adding. We reported this issue issue to them, and they come back almost 2 weeks later to say they "fixed this issue in firefox", when Firefox was the only browser that DID work.” We were able to confirm this bug that was unique to your store’s setup. Our Dev team applied a custom fix within 4 days that would prevent this behavior from reoccurring regardless of browser. We apologize your experience with OCU wasn’t what you were expecting. I think the crux of the misunderstanding here was waiting on additional information for an extended length of time. We wish you and your store all the success moving forward.

updated our review after OCU fixed its glitch, resolved the issue. Appreciate the work Ezra puts in to helping educate merchants and the info/demo call i just had with Brittany from Zipify. Bottom line is that no systems are 100% you have to stick with the ones with the best/swiftest support

I mean, this is almost free money. Great customer service and statistically you are almost guaranteed to make incremental revenue to far offset the cost. Just do it and you won't be sorry I think. Tasha was a great help to set up funnels.

I've had to reach out to customer service multiple times, and they have always helped me get to the bottom of every issue I've had. I've noticed that the problem has never been with Zipify itself, but with random technical things that are just above my ability to figure it out myself (I'm kinda tech savvy but I definitely have my limits). My husband who is in tech is usually trying to help me troubleshoot, and he's always blown away by Zipify's customer service. He says the depth of customer service they provide is unheard of in the tech world at this price point. They're fast, responsive, patient, and very thorough. Thank you, Zipify team!

One of the best Biz decisions I've made in a long time!! I hesitated for years to get this. Why? I wasn't sure if it was worth the monthly fee + commission. Let me tell you...Its worth it! The old saying goes, you gotta spend money to make money. The amount of extra revenue I have made over the first moth, far surpasses what I've spent. Don't hesitate to install this. Super easy to configure . All star stellar support team and incredible helpful instructions all the way thru the journey. Honestly a win - win!!

This app has been such an amazing addition to my business' shop! Because of One Click Upsell I have seen my average order value go up, and I'm finally experiencing true passive income. The app is easy to use and the setup options are super flexible which have been fun to test out. My conversions have been high so you're definitely missing out on extra revenue by not using this app in your Shopify shop.
