We've been running this app for a few months now and the increase in AOV with this has been great. I do wish there was more customization to it in terms of looks/feel so it would better match our store but overall it's completely worth it and you shouldn't hesitate to add OCU.

I've used this app for many years. In the past few weeks, upsell payments stopped being captured completely - every order has an upsell, but no payment. The developer claims they cannot troubleshoot or do anything about this. Unless you want to process all payments manually, look elsewhere.

This was uninstalled a year ago and they continued to charge me and I cannot find how to cancel their subscription in the app. Everything else cancelled when I uninstalled and shutdown my store except this.
