The app is pricey, but it has more than paid for itself with the upsells we've gotten in this first month.

Very good service! Jessica was very quick with her communication, understand my issue and was able to fix with the zipify dev team the issue. She gave me exact feedback for the roadmap for fixing the issue (3-4 days) and embed the fix in our system, also with a documentation, when I would reinstall the app. After a week she reply again and said that the fix is included in the standard app version! Great! In generell the app works very well and boost your sell.

We have been using One Click Upsell for over 6 months now. We have had a great experience and it is easy to implement. Definitely recommend to make bundles and offer post-purchase offers

The Zipify Team is always A-MAZ-ING and they seem to always be there when I need them. I had an app conflict that Justine helped me work my way through and now everything works -- such a relief. You can't go wrong with this software or this company. I'd sign up for anything they offered (and nearly have!)

Helped us increase our AOV...very easy to use. Highly recommend. Pre purchase + post purchase + thank you page offers. Cross sells / down sells, etc. Their page builder app rocks, too.

This app is a game changer for me. My customers are frequently purchasing additional items pre and post sale which in many cases is covering the cost of the advertising that brought the customer to my website.

Super easy to set up and quick, responsive support. For API reasons, it didn't work w my ERP system to have post purchase add ons, but pre-purchase works great.

OCU is rigid and expensive. Having to completely rethink our checkout. Doesn't convert nearly as well as the clickfunnels checkout on cold traffic.

We only show offers prior to and after the checkout. We have numerous reports from users that their Shopify checkout with OCU out-converts Clickfunnels by quite a bit. I absolutely love this app, and I earn extra $ at each checkout : even an extra $1 can help you overcome your competition in your facebook ads, this is free money. The app works perfectly, I had an issue with my theme, sent a message in the chat, then Ash replied on a Sunday afternoon within minutes, he helped me understand the issue, and then the next day the development team made an update in the app. I highly recommend it, the app looks really native in the checkout, the customers understand it well and I never got any email from someone saying "I clicked by mistake", I was getting it 30% of the time with other apps, this is hell for disputes and refunds... The price is 100% worth it

We just installed this app a few weeks ago and WOW! it started getting real results. The up-sells have made a meaningful difference in our bottom line. I don't know what the customer service is like because we have not needed to contact them for anything. It's working like a Swiss clock. Thank you for making this app available for us.
