We've been using Active Campaign for a little over a year and have been very happy with the service provided by the team. The integration with Shopify has been a HUGE benefit and opened up so many opportunities to help us send out messages that are better tailored to our customers' interests.

It's really useful to set up automations and allows you to segment email subscribers in a very detailed way. Reporting is quite accurate too. In terms of their email builder, it's pretty intuitive and easy to use and they make it easy to customize your content for mobile. They few times I've had trouble, I was apple to get help through CS chat and resolve it within minutes. I'm happy with their product and would recommend it.

Why so we love Active Campaign? They really listen to their customers. The app is very powerful but they do not sit on their laurels. We are so pleased, not only with the many features but also with how flexible and simple it is to use all the tools. Their customer service is out of sight. I use this app for my email marketing. It is friendly to use and I like the fact that it is easy to create automations. The support is really effective and administration really quick to answer. For having used other platforms I can say that activcampain is the best one. I really recommend it !

We use this app to re-market to our customers, and build our database. The app is easy to use and integrates well with our Shopify store. The only limitation we find with Active Campaign is that we cannot track customers who do not have an email address (we have a few customers that do not actually have emails). On the whole, however, the app is so easy to use and it really increases our productivity.

Easy to set up and use. Lots of features! The customer service getting it set up was really helpful as well.

The deep integration that is provided to connect Shopify and ActiveCampaign is wonderful. ActiveCampaign is incredibly powerful and the automation recipes help me build email campaigns with ease.

We migrated from Mailchimp to Active Campaign, especially because of the deep data integration with Shopify. We enjoy several things about this app. 1. It allows us to send the same campaign to multiple lists, and even segment these lists by a number of filtering criteria. 2. We can easily target those who display certain behaviors in the shop (purchasing products, buying more items, abandoning the kart) and tag and nurture them accordingly. 3. The lead scoring for Active Campaign is leaps and bounds better. Last but not the least, we had our own Migration agent help us shift our account and all of its automations from Mailchimp. We have not found anything lacking in Active Campaign.

This app is working amazingly good! the portal they have is amazing all the details are written very well.

I have been using ActiveCampaign with Shopify for thousands of leads, and I have been impressed with how seamlessly they integrate.

There are many options and tools to get started with this app and a great support team in times of difficulty. They respond in a timely manner to get any issues addressed ASAP. Great tool to integrate with your website and stay in constant connection with your customers with easy tagging and automation systems.

We've been using the Active Campaign integration for all campaigns and automations and have seen incredible results. By using Active Campaigns abandoned cart sequence, we were able to see an over 20% order conversion rate. There are many prebuilt automation sequences to choose from that really free up your time for other projects that require more of your attention. I would recommend Active Campaign to those who really want to automate as much of their email marketing as possible. Great customer service and quick data updates on campaigns.

The active campaign integration has been a huge help to providing timely follow up and ongoing communication with my customers. It has also automated processes that save me time and help me to make even more sales in my store. I recommend it.

Love the super tight integration between Shopify and ActiveCampaign. You can see all the Shopify order history right on the Contact page in Active Campaign as well as take advantage of all the tagging and automation. Great for abandoned carts too!

I definitely like email marketing and automations that can triggered by at least 100 different actions. I have 2 tickets currently with support team; they are slow at getting back with me or have just forgotten I exist. If your email is Outlook based you will have a lot of problems (receiving campaigns to inbox). Another thing that i find strange, is that after you send a campaign you can no longer reference the email (sometime I want to see what subject line i used, the images used, etc.) and it doesn't seem like that is an available view. I also would like if there were more campaign templates available as the 20-30 I see are very basic.

The concept and function of AC is great, and the automations are dynamic and versatile. But I can't help but wonder why designing an email in AC is so terribly clunky and difficult to use? If visuals are a core part of your brand, you might be better off with a diff program. And if you don't have the time to dive deep into understanding automation flows, you also might be better off with a diff program. It's very complex, not intuitive, and easy to make mistakes with. Eventually I had to hire a consultant to help build automations in AC, and my emails still don't look as good as they did in Mailchimp, but (again) the automations are more versatile and powerful. Unfortunately, it's a bunch trade-offs.

If you use Active Campaign you will love the app integration, syncs everything and gives you powerful automation tools to increase sales
