We were looking for some help in reducing USPS lost orders and wanted an app that sat BEHIND the checkout so that it didn't impact our conversion rate. Address Validator did exactly this and we're very happy with the service, support, and customization options. Highly recommend for any high-volume stores looking to minimize customer support inquiries for "where's my package" :P

This has saved us SO much time in having to manually fix bad addresses that come through and has drastically cut down on the amount of returned undeliverable packages we received. Really robust & customizable features. Awesome.

We always lost countless hours correcting addresses and following up with customers to get any missing data. Since we installed the app I am happy to report that from all our orders in the last 2 weeks (about 400) only 1! still had an error. And this was because the customer refused the suggestion of the shipping address validator. We went from 20-30% faulty address to 0% address errors overnight! :) I can highly recommend this app for addresses in Belgium and the Netherlands. It is also a beautifull combination with iPacky and MyParcel to auto print the corrected shippinglabels automatically in the flow from your order picking without any errors.

Great app and great support. On high volume order it makes a difference to avoid wrong delivery or returned packages when possible thanks to this app.

Great app I love, it's super useful. it does help a lot and lowers the rate of wrong addresses. I've used it for a few months already.

I use this app and generally it works well, but it doesn't catch everything. I've had issues with some European addresses, doesn't stop people from entering the same street twice, etc... If you have a large number of orders a month, it can get to be expensive. They should consider a better pricing model.

I've been using this app over the last nine months and it has become a must have for any Shopify store. I can't even begin to calculate how many addresses this app has fixed. Get it now and save yourself shipping headaches later on!

Works great! We were having issues with customers entering PO boxes for their address. Address Validator has done a great job not letting people enter invalid addresses.

We initially got Address Validator because so many of our packages would get denied by USPS due to the customer not inputting their information correctly; however, this has eliminated that significantly so we would highly recommend!

The address validator provides a pretty inexpensive way to save your time and energy calling customers who left invalid addresses or avoid losses from undeliverable packages. Customer service is very prompt as well.

LOVE this app! UPS and FedEx charges if they think the address is entered incorrectly. This app saves us a lot of time from manually validating each address. It can add the 4 digit extension to the end of the zip code. Corrects the formatting of the address. Checks to see if an apartment number was left off of the address. It can also tag the order as residential or commercial. It works with a pop up on the order conformation page so it’s optional for the customer to click. It does not interfere with the purchase process. Support was fast to reply and answered all my questions. I would say this is a must have app for all stores.

A bit of legwork with the setup, but so far so good! We don't ship to P.O. boxes and Address Validator helps reduce the number of times that this occurs.

Simply amazing app! We've recently allowed for international shipping and the coverage that this app offers for correction is amazing for our business. With being a D2C company that sends hundreds of orders everyday making sure that every customers address was typed in correctly is very important. We used to have to spend more than we pleased to correct mistakes made by our customers but with this APP, corrections have gone to nearly 0% and it has saved us a good amount of time that we can now put elsewhere into growing our business. Highly recommend the app. It's simple and does exactly what it says it will.
