A very simple interface as compared to the complex Fb ad manager. I have started with 1 campaign so can't comment on performance as of now. I will edit my review after few weeks. Special thanks to Rishiraj who was the support executive on chat as he was patient enough to hear and solve all my queries.

AdRoll has been an excellent tool for our footwear business. We run ads continuously throughout the year, and it is easy to make adjustments on the fly. Whether it be dynamic ads pulled straight from our product feed, video, or static displays, each option allows for a range of customizable features that can be tailored to fit our exact needs. I highly recommend to any digital marketer or online business looking to expand their ad strength and visibility across the internet!

I've just launched my first campaign so can't comment on the campaign results yet but their support team were very quick at responding and very helpful with my query. So far so good!

AdRoll can really do some heavy lifting for your campaign. However, sometimes you might be unsure about a few things, so I reached out for help and within minutes I was connected to Sannidhi. He was very knowledgeable and also very supportive to answer my questions. Exchanges of the screenshots were also very helpful. For me it's extremely important to have that quick and accurate customer service. Saying that, it's also very rare to find it with other companies. That's why Adroll deserves a 5 stars rating.

Above and beyond customer service. They not only help you when you need a question but are give you recommendations and tips on how to optimize and enhance your ads. Had a great experience with Shams Z (one of their platform specialists) who stuck around for 45 minutes on live chat to help me optimize one of my current campaigns.
