This app is exactly what I needed to add custom options to our products & allow our customers to input personalisation. There were a few minor issues that the support team were super quick & helpful at solving.

Support are responsive and so helpful! App has everything I required and is great in everyway but one. Whole app is ruined by the way they do price addons by creating clones or variants, just creates a mess of your products. Think they choose the wrong route here and should have used draft orders way. Such a shame and I won't be using it.

While developing the app, we were considering different ways of applying options. Draft orders have their own limitations such as incompatibility with discounts and other features related to the standard Checkout flow. Generating custom product variants allows us to overcome these limitations. If you ever decide to give the app another try please feel free to address us. Thank you.

Great app to create unlimited product options, easy to use and with a lot of features: image and color swatches, dropdowns, text boxes and so on. Easy to set custom prices. In addition, the help center is very helpful, skilled and professional. They did some customization to fit the app to my needs in a few hours. Great work! Absolutely recommended.

Really good for creating complex relationships of multiple options. Reminds of the options available on apple products when making appropriate design changes.

I need to be able to have an option for my customers to add a $3 item to some of my products. I also need that $3 item to be inventoried so that I can keep track of the item and know when to make more. The app will allow you to create and sell a separate product (the $3 item), but there's no way to inventory it. Also, when I have that $3 item added as an option, if any customer selects to add it to their purchase, the original item that they were purchasing is no longer inventoried properly. I've been running out of things and overselling products and not understanding why, but I finally realized its all of the products that Advanced Options are tied to. I understand that it's complicated adding on that $3 item as an inventoried product, but it's absurd that any base product with an Advanced Option add-on item is not being deducted from the inventory when sold. I know that they're working on this, but they've been saying that for months. I've been paying for something that's messing with my inventory and I'm not a fan.
Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We do understand your concern. The current app version was released in production not so long ago and we are constantly working on its enhancements. Inventory tracking is an essential part of any store and we are in the process of developing our own inventory tracking system at the very moment. The inventory tracking system we develop is a very complex mechanism, it will allow assigning stock to particular variants, not just separate option values. Also, it will be possible to link existing products/variants from your catalog to our option values. The implementation of such a system is a complex and resource-intensive process that requires time. But we are doing our best to launch it as soon as possible. I am very happy with the app, it works very well. The support from Mageworx is absolutely great. After the theme update, the app didn't work quite correctly and the support fixed the problem within a very short time. They respond very quickly and always super friendly. The app is really highly recommended!

This app is easy to use and works perfectly with our needs to offers options to our customers. We were facing a technical issue on our shop, and within a few hours it was fixed thanks to their customer support and dev team! GREAT!

We picked shopify over bigcommerce based on this app. Or products have a lot of different options as every product is made to order, without this App our onlineshop with shopify would be useless. The support is first class and always helpful, I cannot recommend this app enough.

Really great app with which you can achieve extremely much. You have to get into it a bit, but then you can be very creative in designing the perfect product page for you. In our case we needed some special options because our products are handmade. What I would like to highlight is the incredible customer support! I was always answered and helped in absolute record time. Every little problem was solved or customization I asked for was made possible within just a few hours. Absolutely great and the best customer service experience I've had so far!

Fantastic and exactly what we needed. Easy to set up and customize without any coding. We needed a few further customizations to match our store theme and support was responsive and made the changes quickly!

I love this app. It gives my site the ability to create many different options for each product independently without needing to know any coding. Customer service is excellent as well.
