This is a great app if are NOT planning on creating DISCOUNTS on select products. This is due the the fact that any options you create that have an added charge will not be included at checkout. And for that serious flaw, we will be removing the app and choosing one that works with are $chargeable added options.

APO has amazing customer service! They have helped me install the app on two different themes for my store now. Customer service answers emails in a very timely matter and gets your requests done very quickly. I would highly recommend them to others.

There is some limitation and had to be creative to make it work properly with my coffee store but the customer support is incredible and the free installation is much welcome! If you plan to do a serious systemic store and don't want to struggle with price/size/weight variation on hundreds of item this app is for you, this will save you alot of time on the long term

Very easy to use, not complicated like all the others I tried out. Has all the options I want and is organized in a simple way and no crazy connections that get hard to find and manage. They will do the install for you as well, I used this option and it was great.

I had a hard time finding a product variant app that worked with my theme, and this app works perfectly! It also has a lot more features and options than most of the similar apps I looked at. Mageworx installed it for free and their customer service was fantastic - they were very friendly, answered questions quickly and helped me with tweaks. I'd definitely recommend this app and the Mageworx team!

Just what I needed for some of our complex products. I still don't know how we would have done this without the app (in 20 minutes). I wish we could nest some of the options when we have multi-select (checkboxes) options.

Advanced Product Options is an incredible app that our store uses to create product listings for Fireplaces, BBQs, and more! The people behind this app are incredibly helpful; I wish this quality of service was standard in the industry!

This app has worked great for us. Really appreciate the excellent and responsive support. Questions and issues have been addressed and resolved quickly. Also, when we were building a new regional store they were able to duplicate and transfer the options to the new store saving us a huge amount of time and money.

I tried to install this app myself and met some issues. The support team responded straight away and helped with a few issues and also styling changes. Very impressed with the app and it's various options as well as the excellent customer support I have recieved so far! Top Marks! :)

Using the basic Shopify plan for my start-up I had a complex set of product variants for my skirting boards that Shopify alone couldn't cater for. After searching the app market Advance Product Options was the clear choice. I installed it and it achieved exactly what I needed. As well as a great product, the support I've received when I've needed it for a few teething problems was superb with my queries answered quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

very bad & non-effective customer service, you can't trust them and they will make you lose customers & money.

We do understand that the fact the app generates cloned product is a drawback of our app and that's why are working hard on its improvement. The update itself is almost ready. But we should also develop a migration tool that will allow us to move all our existing clients to the new version. The app will change a lot, it will have a new interface along with new features and new working principle. We are sorry that the collection issue is crucial for you and you can't wait anymore. This app may be good if they work at issues it has. And Customer Service gets an F- for they will leave you hanging without any kind of response at all. Really they need to first get app issues resolved and then they must work on Customer Service remember we pay you for a service you said you could provide. We didn't ask you for this app you made it I'm sure to make money so all I ask is that you give us what you said you would nothing more and nothing less.

I tried 4 other apps before I found this one. It makes upselling and product options super clean looking at the time that the product is selected. It's exactly what I was looking for. I used their support to perfect the set up of my first item. They were awesome to work with and super responsive.
