This app is exactly what I needed. And it is especially easy to use. I tried other apps like this but they are very confusing. The installation of this app is a pain in the **** BUT you can just request a free installation. This worked like a charm for me and was done on a sunday (wow thank you!)! I had some smaller issues afterwards but the support always fixed them quickly. Thank you - best service ever!

Advanced Product Options has been great for our store. On top of the additional options it provides, the support team is incredibly responsive. They've helped implement the system and been very helpful with all requests

Horrible experience with this app. We spent countless hours and lots of money installing and setting up hundreds of variant options, only to discover a critical feature limitation. You cannot use any discount codes with this app except for storewide codes. Want to run a sale on just one product, or one collection? Can't do it. This is a dealbreaker and we had to abandon the project after so much time and money. Also, the way the app functions, it creates a new product anytime someone purchases a new variant combination. This means managing the back end of your store will become very messy and cumbersome as you will have hundreds of "placeholder" products generated by the app. No help or refund from the developper for this, even though we are not able to use the app in our store. The discount code limitation should be clearly disclosed, as it is a critical function for many stores. The variant options LOOK nice, but the the feature limitations make it unusable.
Hello, We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you've faced with. Unfortunately, the current app working principle doesn't allow us to fix this issue on the spot. That's why we decided to reconfigure the app. It will no longer generate custom temporary products/clones and all the native Shopify features will work properly. But since this is not a regular app update, but a massive UI reconfiguration, the development process takes time. We constantly face new challenges while striving to make the app function perfectly. Amazing customer service, supper fast. Also the app looks very sharp and product add ons are very easy. I would highly recommend this app above other competitors.

I used this app to help distinguish different pricing depending on our customer's locations. There were quite a few things that needed changing and Alexey and the team have been nothing but lovely and made the changes (even when I was harassing them with about 8 different emails in the space of an hour) Couldn't recommend the app enough, and the support is even better. During the setup, I had some problems with getting the sub-products showing in the cart and in my 3PL software after the order was sent through, but Angelika and Dmitry helped me get it right and now everything is working perfectly. The support documentation could be improved a bit (for people like me that want to figure it out myself) but the support was so fast and good that it didn't really matter in the end. ★★★★★

The app does what it offers. However there's an issue I have reported almost for a month is not solved - custom product is added more than once in the order. I have to manually check and refund for those overpaid. This is a serious bug but the developer fails to solve it.

This is a great app if are NOT planning on creating DISCOUNTS on select products. This is due the the fact that any options you create that have an added charge will not be included at checkout. And for that serious flaw, we will be removing the app and choosing one that works with are $chargeable added options.

APO has amazing customer service! They have helped me install the app on two different themes for my store now. Customer service answers emails in a very timely matter and gets your requests done very quickly. I would highly recommend them to others.

There is some limitation and had to be creative to make it work properly with my coffee store but the customer support is incredible and the free installation is much welcome! If you plan to do a serious systemic store and don't want to struggle with price/size/weight variation on hundreds of item this app is for you, this will save you alot of time on the long term

Very easy to use, not complicated like all the others I tried out. Has all the options I want and is organized in a simple way and no crazy connections that get hard to find and manage. They will do the install for you as well, I used this option and it was great.

I had a hard time finding a product variant app that worked with my theme, and this app works perfectly! It also has a lot more features and options than most of the similar apps I looked at. Mageworx installed it for free and their customer service was fantastic - they were very friendly, answered questions quickly and helped me with tweaks. I'd definitely recommend this app and the Mageworx team!

Helped me add a priced variant to my product that I had been trying to achieve for a very long time. Support was very responsive and installed the changed I needed. A+ work from them!

Just what I needed for some of our complex products. I still don't know how we would have done this without the app (in 20 minutes). I wish we could nest some of the options when we have multi-select (checkboxes) options.

I used this app to reduce over 190 variants per item, to just 1 items, and track stock of it. Did what I needed and more. Templates are so powerful!

We needed to add up to 18 options to some of our products and this was the answer! Our products are specialized and that means some things need to be adjusted and the tech support at MageWorx was top notch. They help me with things that I can adjust, and they fix things behind the scenes that I don't understand! Super fast and super friendly, and its included in the cost of the app! Love what this app has done for our business and how it has allowed us to generate more sales with the add on's we have put in front of our customers! Thank you so much MageWorx!!

A great solution for a big problem, works great support is very helpful and responsive few small changes that need to be maid so it will be perfect but works great.

The best app for product options out there. I've tried almost all of the most popular apps that aim to improve the options in your products, but none actually compare to the flexibility and range of options that this app offers. Especially at the price. Customer support can sometimes take a little longer than in other apps, but they are very resourceful and resolved all of my issues. All in all, after trying several other apps, none really compare to the quality, flexibility, and price that this one offers. The best in the game.
