Great app, helped me show all of my variants for my personalisation and helped me to create some very fancy bundles. Great support (although I wish we were on the same time zone!) They are great at adapting things from the developer side to suit your needs which has been so helpful.

Advanced Product Options is an incredible app that our store uses to create product listings for Fireplaces, BBQs, and more! The people behind this app are incredibly helpful; I wish this quality of service was standard in the industry!

The app is great and works very well. Absolutely recommended for those stores that need very customizable product options. But most of all I want to thank the support staff who responds very quickly and very efficiently to my request for some customization.

Great app that allowed me to easily manage all my product options and with the style options I could customize them to my needs. fast and helpful support. Highly recommended.

This app has worked great for us. Really appreciate the excellent and responsive support. Questions and issues have been addressed and resolved quickly. Also, when we were building a new regional store they were able to duplicate and transfer the options to the new store saving us a huge amount of time and money.

The app offered me much more than any other product options app I've tried before. At first, the app seems to be very complicated, but once you get used to it it becomes very easy to understand. But for me, the support made the difference. The team behind this app is very helpful and quick to answer your questions, even on weekends during the 15 day trial period. I was very well helped with the problems I had before I even paid a single cent.

I tried to install this app myself and met some issues. The support team responded straight away and helped with a few issues and also styling changes. Very impressed with the app and it's various options as well as the excellent customer support I have recieved so far! Top Marks! :)

Using the basic Shopify plan for my start-up I had a complex set of product variants for my skirting boards that Shopify alone couldn't cater for. After searching the app market Advance Product Options was the clear choice. I installed it and it achieved exactly what I needed. As well as a great product, the support I've received when I've needed it for a few teething problems was superb with my queries answered quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

Could have been really wonderful extension. But two major issues we had after using this for almost a year: 1) made our website extremely slow, a lot of orders with issues, because of the loading issue 2) doesn't work with some major apps. I hate to uninstall this, but we couldn't take risk more. Thanks still!

very bad & non-effective customer service, you can't trust them and they will make you lose customers & money.

We do understand that the fact the app generates cloned product is a drawback of our app and that's why are working hard on its improvement. The update itself is almost ready. But we should also develop a migration tool that will allow us to move all our existing clients to the new version. The app will change a lot, it will have a new interface along with new features and new working principle. We are sorry that the collection issue is crucial for you and you can't wait anymore. Great app! It solves my headache concerning custom product options as well as price add-on. Their support team answered my questions promptly and immediately resolved all my issues. I would highly recommend them!

This app may be good if they work at issues it has. And Customer Service gets an F- for they will leave you hanging without any kind of response at all. Really they need to first get app issues resolved and then they must work on Customer Service remember we pay you for a service you said you could provide. We didn't ask you for this app you made it I'm sure to make money so all I ask is that you give us what you said you would nothing more and nothing less.

This app is exactly what I'd been looking for! The ability to have dependable variants (y option only shows up if you select x) has helped take my store down from 108 products to a simple to follow and understand 32 products. Wow. Before I had to re-list the same products with the different options. I also tried to install it myself the night I downloaded it and got about half way before I got confused. So I emailed support, went to bed, and by the time I woke up it had been installed and was working. The friendly, reliable support is worth every penny of the price before you even get to the excellent functionality. I had a few other minor issues along the road and every time I just emailed and it was sorted within 24 hours. Don't hesitate, get the free trial. No complaints or suggestions at all, great work and kudos to all the team who make it happen!

I tried 4 other apps before I found this one. It makes upselling and product options super clean looking at the time that the product is selected. It's exactly what I was looking for. I used their support to perfect the set up of my first item. They were awesome to work with and super responsive.

The customer service is super efficient, they usually reply in less then 20 min. They helped with the installation and the setting.
