We are still in the free trial of this app but I can already vouch for its abilities and the customer service backing the app. We have searched through hundreds of apps to provide our store with the product options we need and this is the only one that will do what we require. The customer service is phenomenal, knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks!

Brilliant app so far. Before choosing Advanced Product Options I first went to Bold Product Options after seeing all the reviews and customers using it. I don't usually badmouth other app providers but they were a terrible choice and I don't understand how they have so many customers when the service (for me anyway) was all over the place. One email request was responded to by about 5 different people, each asking 'How can I help?' when the first person already resolved the issue. This became confusing, cluttered up my email folder and just seemed very unprofessional. Then there was the issue of intuitive functionality of the app itself. The app dashboard was confusing to navigate and the 'help' pages felt like I was reading an upsell WSL. A key element that was missing from the app was the option to change your product image to match the option you select on the product page. When I contacted support about this they referred me to a requests page where they would charge $1000 to put in a few lines of code for this option. They also had a cheaper option, where the request could be outsourced to a company called Storetasker so I went straight to them. They tried to charge me over $150.00 to put in these few lines of code which should have already been in the app. I just said f*ck that noise and went to Advanced Product Options, and I'm glad I did. Their customer support is fantastic! Anjelika was very helpful and responsive to my requests and any issue I had was dealt with, fast. I wanted to add some custom code into my product options and they implemented it without hesitation. Dmitry was the coder I believe and he was extremely helpful when implementing my request. Everything I asked for he had no problem solving. I look forward to their update coming in March and will continue using their app in the future. Excellent app.

These guys are awesome. The functionality the app provides is excellent and allows you to add loads of variants and customisation options. You need to understand how it works to get the best out of it however the support team are excellent. They do the install for you and are very responsive to any support calls raised. Angelika provides first class support that is responsive and understanding about the importance of the app to my business. The developers are excellent and have provided me with many minor customisations to give me exactly what I needed. These were done quickly and without issue or downtime. I moved to this app from another app which just wasn't cutting in terms of speed or functionality. This app is super fast and has the widest selection of customisations on the market. If you need product options and variants, this is the app you're looking for!

I run a POD store for photography, and to really get every size and every material right I need to display over 120 options that are dependend on each other. Poster Prints only in this size, acrylic glas only in this frame and only in that size etc. This app is great for displaying that and the team did good work implementing it in my theme for free. Some key features, that were already provided in the original shopify variants are really missing, and thats why i can only give two stars. I need the functionality of spreadsheets (*.csv) to import and edit my products and variants, and even worse: there is no possibility to write down the cost of goods sold to every combination. An option to download and backup the settings in this app would be great, too.

I trialed every other Product Options app available, so I can confidently say that this is the best app out there. The functionality is amazing and suitable for simple or extremely complex pricing structures. In addition to this, the customer service is ridiculously amazing!

Has a ton of great features and options. I use the Debut theme and it integrated perfectly. Their customer support is excellent and VERY fast. They helped me every step of the way.

Advanced Product Options (APO) really takes Shopify to the next level. Many products are best appreciated when purchased with others within the store. Data indicates that people are more inclined to select these add ons when easily accessible on a single page. APO handles these scenarios well with great options for customer visualization. Support is fantastic! It is like having another member of the team working with me to create the best possible user experience. Still within the trial period and this app has already paid for itself. This is not just a "sometime" app. This is mission critical for a successful business. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, so much!

Our issue was promptly resolved by MageWorx team! Angelika assisted us and corrected the issue caused by another app I installed (and uninstalled since way back when) called Bundlo: Products Bundle. Technical support is really important and I am glad that MageWorx is so reliable in assisting us when there are issues. Back to 5 stars! This is the old issue we faced that they promptly resolved: We had complaints from customers about wrong prices during checkout when they update the qty of optional items on the checkout page. This app causes erroneous prices and frustrated customers. Really bad for business.

I used this app to make a single product that customers can add separate, pre-determined products too. It was imperative that we be able to limit the number of times they could add certain products and the developers were able to help make a custom code for this. Super helpful, super fast support, finally found the app that worked for this idea after literally dozens of attempts and weeks of research. 10/10

Really amazing app. I've tried so many apps and this one is the only one that allows me to control inventory per option. Despite it being the weekend the app support team has been great and super quick with installing the app and solving some issues

Crazy fast replies and assistance as needed. Angelika has been top notch - had to get in here and write a review to share my experience. This app/configuration experience has shined in comparison to the others. Used this app to accommodate our complex variations for products as it was one of the few capable. Highly recommend.

This app and the customer service for this app is literally the best out there. I am totally blown away by them in a good way! I went through literally a dozen product option apps and none of them could do what I needed. They would have 90% of the things I needed, but the remaining 10% was really important. I searched and tried and searched and tried. I spent days and days and days looking for an app that would work. This was literally my last straw before I was going to pay someone to help me. Then, I found this app. It DOES EVERYTHING and the one very tiny thing that I could have worked around, they updated for me for free. This app is the best!! And, their team works with you quickly and happily and helpfully. Couldn't be happier. And, I am a very frustrated consumer of web/html products (so my happiness means a lot). I'd give them more stars if I could. AWESOME! UPDATE: IT has been about 5 months since I wrote the above and I am continually blown away by the amount of support I receive every time I have a question or an issue. The app development team is simply the VERY BEST out there. There has never been a problem they couldn't solve. I highly recommend this app for order bumps and any time of customization options you need to offer. I would not be able to offer my products on Shopify without this app. UPDATE: LOVE this app! Love the customer service. I feel like a needy customer because my products are all based on customization and their app does all of the heavy lifting for me. I ask a lot of questions and they are always willing to help. Awesome!

A Really good working app. At first we had some troubleshooting with the setup, since its not 100% easy to understand. But it works very well and the support was always very helpfull!

Very good app and very good support. I looked at at least 15 different apps to try and get the functionality I wanted and this was the only one that could do everything I need plus it is well laid out and organized and makes setup and use in the backend very easy to use. Also, they were very helpful with my numerous customer support emails despite a few of them being dumb questions in retrospect. Definitely some room for improvements, but overall a great app. Would use again on other projects.
