APO Product Options, Variants

Angelika and Dmitry were extremely helpful with the install and any changes i requested. The app works perfect for what we needed. Our products have extensive options and SKUs. This app lays it all out in a very simple easy good looking format. Takes some effort, but overall is a workable option for generating products with multiple SKUs.

Excellent app and world class support. You will not be disappointed. We looked all round for an app that would display our options. Not only was this the best display, the immediate and positive responses to our support requests were far better than any other that we looked at.

The front end app is great, the back end of the app not so much but the support is excellent. However, I feel it is missing some fundamental things within the app. 1. being able to select all products in a search to assign a template to (rather than page by page) 2. being able to use the "sort" function on the menu bar to change the order of the products 3. being able to see which products don't have a template assigned to them 4. being able to see which templates are assigned to which products 5. being able to set up automatic rules for templates so you don't have to do it manually When you are dealing with a large inventory of products I feel that the app doesn't support you very well. I also feel that support doesn't particularly want suggestions and while a part of me understands that I would expect them to at least consider them for future improvements of the app. It is a very detailed app for creating multiple variants and being able to create parent and child variants. On the front end it looks very good and support was able to assist with CSS edits that were beyond my ability. It suits my needs on the front end very well but I feel the back end could be much easier to use.

This app fits our needs perfectly and their Customer Care Service is exceptional, our issue was resolved in a timely fashion.

We've used this app to help us bypass the variation limits in Shopify. We recently had a need for a feature that wasn't present out of the box, and Vitali and the team were quick to help us and integrate the solution. Extremely pleased with their quick response, professionalism, and knowledge of Shopify and their app! Thanks guys!

EDIT* Just want to add that it's been quite awhile now that I've been using this app. Even today I needed their assistance with something and they treated me as well today as they did from day one. Love this team and app so much! Money extremely well spent. Nothing but amazing things to say about this app and it's creator's and customer service. I've been using for almost 1 year now and it has been nearly flawless. I had a few bumps in the road in the beginning which were quickly corrected by their team (our issues not theirs) and anytime I reached out with questions or requests they were on it. Like others I had tried other Options type apps, but none could do everything I wanted and made my store slower and clunky. Advanced Product Options runs amazingly well, doesn't slow my store and gives you everything you could ever want/need for customizations. Really happy customer here!

This app is the only one that offer a solution to the product option we wanted to provide on our website, which was very specific (surprised it had this functionality!). Support has been great and very responsive. Only reason given 4 stars is the product option take 1-2 seconds to buffer onto the product page. If it was instant, I would have given 5 stars.

We had quite a complicated set up on site, it took a while to get there but I have to say the Customer Service has been amazing, Angelika was very patient with me and understood everything that I wanted. The app is very flexible, I highly recommend especially as you will be in good hands should you need to ask questions or have it set up. Price / performance TOP 10 stars. The support is awesome. Response time & quality are TOP. I have to confess the app has cost me a lot of time that I completely understood that I have set everything right ... but also here, the support has supported me very great. Amazing app but even MORE amazing support. Mageworx is extremely responsive and they've have gone out of their way to answer questions and assist us with some of our specific integration needs. We highly recommend them!

I have a pretty complex custom product offering, and the requirements are extensive. I started with 5 custom apps to evaluate the best fit application. I quickly ruled out 3 because the product didn't do what it said it would do. APO (Advanced Product Options) made the cut for 2 reasons: 1. Their product description matches their capabilities 2. Their support staff was extremely helpful and timely (not my experience with other custom apps) I was completely happy with this product and could absolutely use it for my business needs. The only exception is the lack of import abilities. When Mageworx can deliver this capability, this will be the best app on here for managing custom options which is why I gave it a 5-star rating. For smaller custom products, this works just fine though and I'd recommend them as well for their excellent support. Thanks for your assistance in the evaluation process!!

Its a little more expensive than the other Product Options Apps, but its the only one that allowed me to do all the things I wanted. It works really well and smooth and provides a great seamless user experience for the end user.

I like the look and facility but we have seen a bug that affects our ability to see details in orders and possible mis-calculations ... we have spend much time during several calls where for most of last year, Shopify personal are wonderful, the issue is identified but when handed to MagWorx is never corrected to date... I have received an offer from Shopify to modify the app so it work with a third party Advanced Product Options -- I agree for the mod to be done -- next we will see how the results are:)

Perfect tool if you have more than 100 variants per product, with a multitude of options. Very great support with answers faster than speed. I recommend.

I have found the support excellent. The app does most things I require and is as good as anything available on Shopify in my opinion. I believe there are new features in the pipeline. If they are implemented I would give this app 5 stars.
