Update--App is working better BUT I have wrote several times about a new issue and havent received any response. The customer service and help sucks so bad. Now--If a customer adds something with the custom options added, but then removes it from the cart, the custom option pricing still stays and does not give them a choice to remove it. --Not only that, but if the customer has an account and they sign in a week later, the cost IS STILL THERE! So it NEVER goes away until they check it out. It is extremely frustrating. Currently looking for a new app to use. SOOO aggravated with this APP. It is so unreliable. I have been writing them for over a week and they haven't even made an attempt to fix the problem! DON'T even bother trying this app!

I love their Service and App. This App is an absolute necessity for me as if I had to do the work manually, it would be hundreds of hours head deep in a CSV file with options...and simply modifying one or two options would be countless more hours. If you have hundreds or thousands of products with product options..and you are smart and efficient - you'll get this app. It's a no-brainer.

I've been integrating Shopify systems for about 8 years and can attest to having tried almost all of the product options apps out there. Nothing works as linearly and intuitively as this app. Not only does this app give you all that is lacking in this otherwise very complete e-commerce platform, but it also offers many products configuring and operating options in itself. On the other hand, their service is lacking nothing! Courteous, fast and knowledgeable. That it's e-mail-based is no detriment to their speed of response and extra effort to help and please. 100% recommended. Look no further.

I love this APP!! And their team is SO fast to help! I'm using this app on 2 different accounts and I love it! While the app seems to work OK - their install was one disaster after another. Incomplete install, multiple reminders to fix, broken cart, broken product pages and our cart and products are still broken. Have gone elsewhere for a fix and complete install

The only product I've found, that offers pricing, per option, BASED ON PREVIOUS OPTIONS THE SHOPPER SELECTS ! That's exactly what I needed!
