Finally an app that will allow you to post over 100 variants and keep all functionality that Shopify builds in. I can't convey how happy I am that this app exists, and the best part is the amazing customer service. There were a view modifications I wanted done and the team executed every one of them within a day! Doesn't get any better folks!

Today I have successfully implemented product options on our live website and everything went smoothly. The support was great and fast. Especially the first installation in a cloned theme, the fast reaction on potential interferences with other apps and the transition to our live theme was a perfect service. Compliment!

The app is advanced and simple to use, it has most of the things I was looking for. The 5 stars rating is also for their customer service which is extraordinary. We searched around and tried out multiple other apps to add customizable options to our products, and after hours of creating the options, they just did not work or look how we wanted them to on the website. Then someone recommended the advanced product options app and after a couple hours to creating the customizable options, they look so good, and the best part is you can duplicate the template and add it to any other product, so you don't have to do the same work over and over again like on other apps!! Super easy to use, easy to duplicate, easy to edit, and the customer service was so amazing, they answer the phones or get back to you so quick! Highly recommend

This app has helped me to provide a greater amount of personalisation for my products than I thought was possible. I requested them to change the charge per character to ignore the spaces, and they changed the app within a few days, which I thought was excellent service. They are very responsive to requests of support / additional information, and would not hesitate to recommend. If I were to be picky, there are some limitations which I have found, which they have said will be improved in the next few months.

I contacted support and have not received a response in 3 days. I haven't been able to use the app or get my questions answered. For the monthly amount they are charging they should have a live chat option to contact support for help. Overall this app is not giving me a good impression. Installation is not user friendly a shopify guru tried to install the app due to lack of communication from the developers and he was unable to install it. in the future i would like to see better communication, an option to alphabetize options list with the click of a button and ability to edit multiple options list at a time. Being able to copy and paste a options list instead of entering one by one would be helpful also.

Had an issue upon initial installation but Angelika logged into our account and took care of the issue. Visually fits our theme and does exactly what we wanted. Great app to over come the 100 limit given by Shopify.
