Their customer service is off the richter scale! I’ve used many apps and dealt with many wonderful developers / installs… but they blew them all out of the park! Immediate replies. Super fast installs and edits and everything I asked for was achieved. I’m one super happy customer and will certainly be spreading the word.

Angelika and Dmitry were extremely helpful with the install and any changes i requested. The app works perfect for what we needed. Our products have extensive options and SKUs. This app lays it all out in a very simple easy good looking format. Takes some effort, but overall is a workable option for generating products with multiple SKUs.

Angelika and Dmitry went above and beyond normal customer service. I have asked for help on multiple issues and they have responded quickly and with solutions. This app solved the issue of linking a product image to variant selection that no other app has been able to address. I highly recommend Advanced Product Option mostly due to the exception service they provide.

Excellent app and world class support. You will not be disappointed. We looked all round for an app that would display our options. Not only was this the best display, the immediate and positive responses to our support requests were far better than any other that we looked at.

I am using this app from a very long time. I have tried many other product options like product options by bold, hulk apps and many others, but Mangeworx worked for me. I had some issues with the app but the team is super responsive and works quickly to resolve my issues including linking this app with auto currency changer on my website and custom design for the product options. I personally recommend it. For suggestion, if someone needs it: If you have any queries, contact the support team once before uninstalling this app and giving a negative review.

Support went from being friendly and good to terrible trying to fix my issues. My main navigation started to change with duplicate (clone) items, a mystery field was added to all products that used their app called "Default Title". Product options in cart are very unintuitive, just show up as a string of text, and don't list pricing. In the end I was basically told to figure it out. Very displeased with the experience and would not recommend using this app.

I used this app to add over 20 separate custom features on my Shopify store, and what was even better, is that they did the install for me. I'm not great with coding, even with easy step-by-step instructions, so this helped out a bunch. I tried a different product options app previously and it was too confusing. This is spot on. Superb customer service that can't be beat with an app that is easy to figure out. 5 stars, will continue to use.

Couldn't be more pleased with the plugin and developers. They respond to support request quickly and go above and beyond normal support. We have had a few bespoke ideas and requirements and they have jumped right on it the same day and helped us out.

The front end app is great, the back end of the app not so much but the support is excellent. However, I feel it is missing some fundamental things within the app. 1. being able to select all products in a search to assign a template to (rather than page by page) 2. being able to use the "sort" function on the menu bar to change the order of the products 3. being able to see which products don't have a template assigned to them 4. being able to see which templates are assigned to which products 5. being able to set up automatic rules for templates so you don't have to do it manually When you are dealing with a large inventory of products I feel that the app doesn't support you very well. I also feel that support doesn't particularly want suggestions and while a part of me understands that I would expect them to at least consider them for future improvements of the app. It is a very detailed app for creating multiple variants and being able to create parent and child variants. On the front end it looks very good and support was able to assist with CSS edits that were beyond my ability. It suits my needs on the front end very well but I feel the back end could be much easier to use.
