I'd rate Mageworx with 10 stars if possible! Amazingly helpful and fast support - there have been so many times where I've asked whether something, seemingly complex was possible and they have always been able to solve the problem and provide an update the same day. Unbelievably good service.

What an amazing App and support team, they help me no end of times and always manage to fix any issues i have. Couldn't recommend them anymore!! Please install!! Updated 12032024 - These guys keep on being the best. Never installed a better app and had support like this. I'll never be uninstalling this!!

Excellent and speedy customer service! We're now on Shopify 2.0 so, installation is a bit different but the customer support was quick to help us get set up and very responsive with our widget placement requests. Thank you!

I used this app to help me overcome the limitations in Shopify when you a large number of variants. I had a couple of glitches with the app to start, but the support team were super quick to help fix the problem. Overall this is a really useful app.

Really nice app. I had a few problems with it after downloading but I contacted the support team and within a few hours they had already reached back with a solution and got the problem fixed within a day. Communication was good and the app interface is also pretty good. It does take some time to get used to though.

I have had a very good experience with the support of this app. Very fast and always friendly. We also like the app itself very much. This regulates the complex structure of our product variations and that very well organized.

Best product option app for Shopify. We tested serveral ones but APO is working perfectly. Customer support + developers are always responsive and helpful.

Hard to know exactly how many sales we have missed with this plugin, but one thing is sure, it's not reliable. We had too many price malfunctions. It's full of bugs when you want to add multiple options with different prices. The team is reactive, but the bugs may come back a day or two later. Can't recommend this plugin. And sometimes the plugin was not showing at all on the product page?????

This app does exactly what I need it to do, but the best part about it is the customer service. I had tinkered around with the code on my site and didn't have a straight forward installation (my issue, not the app's) so I reached out for some help installing. I had really quick turnaround and the Mageworx team was really helpful in making a couple changes that I asked for. I would definitely recommend it as an easy way to add a lot of customizations to your products.

The app is ok. But useless as there is no quantity tracking (so I have customer buying the same unique item twice). I contacted the support 8 month ago about his problem and told me they were working on this problem... 8 month later I asked again and reply exactly the same... When I asked them more details about this issue resolution they stopped reply to me.
Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We do understand your concern. The current app version was released in production not so long ago and we are constantly working on its enhancements. Inventory tracking is an essential part of any store and we are in the process of developing our own inventory tracking system at the very moment. The inventory tracking system we develop is a very complex mechanism, it will allow assigning stock to particular variants, not just separate option values. Also, it will be possible to link existing products/variants from your catalog to our option values. The implementation of such a system is a complex and resource-intensive process that requires time. But we are doing our best to launch it as soon as possible. We do apologize for the temporary inconvenience. We weren't able to find any unanswered tickets from you. The latest ticket was submitted on March 10 and replied that day. Tahnk you.

This app is exactly what I needed to add custom options to our products & allow our customers to input personalisation. There were a few minor issues that the support team were super quick & helpful at solving.

Started this app at $8.99 and found out I was paying $14.99 not sure how that happened. But that's not even the worst part of this app. The way they clone your apps makes your store look crazy and disorganized. Shoppers can click on a products and it'll bring them to a 404 page because that product is duplicated only for pricing. I had to take down my wholesale store and fix the codes because everything was a mess. Save yourself the time and headache until they fix the price-add on feature.

Support are responsive and so helpful! App has everything I required and is great in everyway but one. Whole app is ruined by the way they do price addons by creating clones or variants, just creates a mess of your products. Think they choose the wrong route here and should have used draft orders way. Such a shame and I won't be using it.

While developing the app, we were considering different ways of applying options. Draft orders have their own limitations such as incompatibility with discounts and other features related to the standard Checkout flow. Great app to create unlimited product options, easy to use and with a lot of features: image and color swatches, dropdowns, text boxes and so on. Easy to set custom prices. In addition, the help center is very helpful, skilled and professional. They did some customization to fit the app to my needs in a few hours. Great work! Absolutely recommended.
