This APP use to be great. It did everything we needed for a company that sells personalised items but now it creates variants and products that are unneeded through this mws_apo_generated thing, my online store does not look good as there are sizes and colours that are duplicated. As someone in South Africa we do not get instant support. I understand that there are time differences but they should cater for different time zones. Now my customers cant checkout as it limits the quantity when they app is activated. And there is not one to assist me. I had to deactivate the app and need to start everything from scratch even though this was the best app for us.

Yes, the app does generate cloned products, but this should not interfere with the store's overall performance. This app was the only affordable option we found that lets customers customize their orders with compatible accessories. It's never given us any problems.

Great App and easy to handle. Incredibly fast and great customer service. I've had Template problems several times where not everything was displayed perfectly. The friendly customer service was able to solve this within an hour.

We use Shopify. Often, we need more complex conditional question answered related to the product. APO Product Options, Variants has been a great solution. It is versatile, easy to use and has responsive support when you need it.

APO and the Mageworx team are hands down the best. The app itself allows for unparalleled customization compared to the other apps out there in terms of options and product management, but also style design to match your storefront. Angie, Polina, and the entire team are incredible; every time there's been an issue, we've updated our theme design, or I've just needed help with a few APO coding tweaks, the team has been highly responsive and helpful. TLDR; cannot give enough positive remarks to the app and the team - best of the best.

Brilliant app, super useful to add extra functionality to my shopify store. I use it for capturing extra free-form text to orders. The support is fantastic, Angie and the team are so fast to get the small issues I've had resolved. If I could rate it 6 Stars I would!

App works really well. The best part though is the support. I pretty new to shopify and couldn't figure out how to get the placement of the options showing correctly on the page. They happily fixed it for me and told me how to fix it my self too. The support is the key thing for me with any software. If the support is good then you are going to have a good experience.
