AMAZING SUPPORT & APP This is my first shopify app review, and I can't single out any member of the team they are all exceptional. I have been using the app for 6 years now. I never needed support until recently were we have being having issues with international pricing and taxes, also I needed some design work done so the app integrated well with my theme, they responded within a few hours every time and fixed everything I needed within 24 hours. I am most impressed and wish to thank all the team. We do bespoke suits and customer service is everything, so really nice to experience it ourselves. Mark Marengo Bespoke

These guys are incredible with customer service and so willing to help with anything! They provide you with tips that make sense, and never make you feel like your bugging them! I don't put a 5 because I am still waiting the import/export with csv option for price add-ons edition but for the rest, the existing features and the support are a 5. They reply very quickly and help a lot with custom implementations in your store.

Doesn't allow you to track inventory and show when a specific option is out of stock. It used to but doesn't any longer.
Hello, We’re sorry that the app doesn’t meet your current needs. You’re right - the legacy version of our app did include a feature that allowed assigning stock to option values. However, this was managed internally within the app and wasn’t fully stable, which is why we had to remove it. The current version of the app does not yet have this feature, but we are actively exploring technical possibilities to reintroduce it in a way that works reliably. This APP use to be great. It did everything we needed for a company that sells personalised items but now it creates variants and products that are unneeded through this mws_apo_generated thing, my online store does not look good as there are sizes and colours that are duplicated. As someone in South Africa we do not get instant support. I understand that there are time differences but they should cater for different time zones. Now my customers cant checkout as it limits the quantity when they app is activated. And there is not one to assist me. I had to deactivate the app and need to start everything from scratch even though this was the best app for us.

Yes, the app does generate cloned products, but this should not interfere with the store's overall performance. This app was the only affordable option we found that lets customers customize their orders with compatible accessories. It's never given us any problems.
