We have been using Advanced Shipping manager for over a decade. They are always responsive to any concern we might have and go above and beyond in their assistance. Their app is easy to use and works seamlessly. I highly recommend Dan and his team!

The quality of the app and its flexibility is only surpassed by the amazing customer service. We do very complicated things on this app and from time to time have a question or we create a new situation for ourselves we are unable to resolve on our own, and we get responses from them in minutes not days. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Highly, highly recommend. We've been an Advanced Shipping Manager customer for a decade (previously on another platform) and over that entire time, whenever we've had an issue (we've had very few), Dan and his team have been extremely responsive, helpful, and quick with a solution. On top of great service, the app itself is great. Highly customizable to meet any complex shipping need. If you're considering something else, don't. Try this app first, I'm confident you'll happy you did.

I don’t usually leave reviews for ANYTHING, but both Dan and Burt were absolutely amazing to work with! They fixed my ASM issue quickly and provided excellent customer service throughout the process.

I honestly don't like leaving reviews willy nilly, but these guys deserve 5 stars and more. They're always on top of issues to resolve. ALWAYS very knowledgeable, and ALWAY ready to help as much as possible with lots of enthusiasm. The app is amazing, does exactly what it needs to, and there are countless features which I haven't even delved into. Definitely one of the first apps I'd install on a new store.

Outstanding. Had been reffered to another popular quoting app and the prices were outragous. ASM (as we call it) is fantastic and their support is wonderful. We have had some basic custom work done and its made evertyhing so much easier to keep in sync.

By far the best shipping tool and support for advanced freight. We have large items that we ship everyday and ASM is by far the best tehcnically and has the most personable support. Much better option than ShipperHQ.

This app is amazing. We started utilizing this app specifically to block certain zipcodes from purchasing specific SKU's and it works like a charm. We've had a few hiccups when setting up some rules, and Burt's support is top notch. He's fixed every issue within an hour to get us back on track.

Incredible app. We searched for a long time before being recommended this app from a FedEx account rep and it has helped us tremendously. If you have unique shipping rules domestic for or international shipments, ASM is the app to go with. We've been using this for over a year now and as we grow, the app continues to support. They integrate with feed management tools such as feedonomics and solves an issue that Shopify doesn't support. Highly recommend!

My shop has been using ASM for the last quarter ever since we hired a full-time eCommerce specialist to manage the store. It has made his job easier and more efficient to manage, especially given that we have 250+ different SKU's. ASM has a lot of capabilities which we are still exploring. Whenever we need some additional technical support, their team is always very responsive to help out.

The support provided by Burt and ASM is second to none. Always very responsivee and they keep going until the issue is resolved. An usually it's not an issue...rather it's just me trying to do something and not knowing how to set-it-up!

This is the best shipping extension you can install! I would 100% recommend this app. The support team is amazing (Burt and Dan) and they work with you to personalize your setup so the app works around you rather than you working around the app. Keep up the amazing work and thanks for everything you do.

My main product is sold by the square foot. Shipping it via UPS involves a large box to hold a tube with my product wrapped around it, and the weight for the box, the tube, plus the product (based on quantity). It's a complicated shipping calculation that needs the customer address and our linked UPS account. ASM handles this easily. On top of that, the support, usually Burt, to help users configure such details is domestic US support with expert, friendly people. One of the very best plug in apps for our store.
