scam installed, attempted to setup, didn't work, uninstalled within a day and got billed $36 at the end of the month.

Recently switched to Aftersell and very satisfied with the features and the UI/UX. Lots of options for customization and incredible customer support. Michelle has been responding very quickly and adequate.

Their AI and human chat experience was excellent. I'm busy, they're busy but they gave me pertinent information to solve my problem and I could fix the issue on my own schedule. Excellent service everyone ending with Jose!

I spent almost two hours troubleshooting my upsell setup, and there were a few frustrating moments, especially when a real customer order was modified during testing without my approval. That said, the support team (Mark and Dom) stayed with me the entire time and helped get everything fully resolved. They were patient, responsive, and made sure the final setup works smoothly. Great support overall, but I’d love to see more caution around live orders.

BEST UPSELL APP! Aftersell's Post Purchase works wonders for our business. Allowing us to upsell easier than ever before. Great dashboard, amazing support, and works extremely well... Almost 2-3x the rev and conversion rate of our old Upsell app.
