Pierre was super helpful and found a solution for us to be able to have post purchase upsells on our site, when initially it would have been impossible due to a third party software we have that was interfering. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Great app and even better support! Aftersell has been a great addition to our Shopify Plus store. The app works smoothly, and the extra sales we’re generating from post-purchase offers are a big win. But what really stood out was the amazing support — we had a couple of questions during setup and the Aftersell team helped us quickly and thoroughly. Super friendly, fast, and professional. The 4 stars is for the app (THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE WAS 5+ STARS). Jacinda was professional, friendly, and patient. I had difficulties understanding how to make changes and not only was the time taken to understand my problem, but also being empathetic with the frustration I was having with what seemed like something that should be an easy fix. I was provided with instructions, suggestions, and a step by step guide which made it easy to follow along and find the solution that I needed to make today (or in the future). 100% wish my CS experiences for all ecommerce troubleshooting are as great as this one.
