Amazing support which is always crucial when dealing with e-com SaaS. You get free set up by somebody from the Aftersell team. I got Laura and couldn't be happier. Regarding revenue I will have to wait but I don't doubt that it will help a lot!

It's pretty straight forward with some useful features. It's a little convoluted with creating, activating, and then activating again inside the theme, but it works. The checkout options are nice. They could use some more customization and freedom when it comes to recommendations, but it's not bad at all. The biggest issue is features being activated that can't be deactivated because of their paywall. For example, when integrating the app, you follow the recommended steps provided by the app. Since it's your first time using it, you go by what the developer recommends. Part of that integration is selecting Aftersell in your post-purchase page. What you don't know is that the Post-Purchase Funnels are behind a paywall, so when you finish the trial and stick with just the checkout plan, you cannot access post-purchase funnels to turn them off. Now, I have orders that are set to "hold" before fulfillment because of a setting I can't turn off. Removing Aftersell from post-purchase page hopefully stops this, but is still injecting code into my theme that's not being used - creating code bloat. Even customer service can't deactivate them - they just tell you to remove it from post-purchase in checkout settings. Feels a little weird and sketchy that Aftersell themselves can't turn it off permanently without me paying. I'll probably move on to another checkout app. I've used a large amount of apps on Shopify and have never seen a reverse pay wall at the expense of the user.
Changed the cost without notice. $9 > $34.99 It was a good app, but there are ones out there just as good, if not better.
Very happy with this app so far! I just installed it and chose the option to have them set it up for me. Hailey handled everything very quickly and was very thorough and friendly. Definitely appreciate it and look forward to seeing the results!
