Doesn't work. Klunky UI. Pesters you for reviews befre you have even used it and then keeps asking all the time. I can only assume that these thousands of 5 star reviews are from muppets that have not actually used the app and just reviewed after installing?

Just like everything else on the internet, once they have your email, they will send TONS of email. Really tired of it.

Worst app I had very bad customer service takes very long until an answer comes if they answer. App does not run at all as it should pay for one order twice, there is no email notifications. And no answer to these questions and how I can cancel and get my money back because I have premium. I really do not want to make anyone look bad, but I am very, very disappointed and mad. Especially after all the good reviews.

Under no circumstances should anyone ever use this app. They have very sleazy business practices and you will end up paying more than what they reflect in their packages. When you may go over a certain rate, they will hide that from you so you begin to incur higher charges and your bill becomes outrageous. You'll be lucky if they even send invoices to you, which they don't because they are hiding the excess billing from their customers. I've used Shopify for several years and this is the #1 sleaziest app I've encountered. Save yourself and do not use Aftership.

It could only get Parcel Force shipping information, no DPD, DPD does not work. Also there is no real time online chat support, which is pretty bad at this day and age!

I've emailed them twice about my tracking site not working. When my customers would put in their tracking number it would say order does not exist. In the beginning it worked but now it just doesn't work. If they do not get back to me within 24 hours i will be uninstalling and installing a different app. None of our 5k + orders say no info. Why pay for this app if we have to send customer info because your system keep showing order does not exist but when i type in tracking into your site i get tracking or if i track using other sites it works but not on the app. Please fix my issue so I can get back to my business and not wasting my time sending customers there tracking info. 24 hours that all you get. I should get my money back you guys take my money and dont track my packages what going on here?

Update 2017 Aug 12 - Changed from 3 stars to 1 because the APP keeps interrupting my work with a pop-up asking for a review. So, here's your review. 2017 Aug 01 - First day with AfterShip. It seems to work OK so far, but not intuitive and the documentation is 4 years old. None of the videos or screen shots look like the current App or Shopify Admin.

Finding it virtually impossible to set your app up on 2 separate shopify stores, it's driving me to the point or leaving you for good. The customer service for this app is appalling. I've been getting vague, one sentence replies every 24 hours, meanwhile i have a lot of disgruntled customers wondering where their orders are. sort this out or this 1 star review will stand

In the beginning it worked but now it just doesn't work so I decided to go with another company as their customer service can cost me my customers. I would say don't bother just link your site to a reputable site that will actually work just as long as they can track their orders that's all they really care about.

No not working. It is not syncing with my oberlo orders even though the tracking info is updated in shopify by oberlo. I contacted support and they go "hi thanks for contacting us you can sync aftership with shopify, have a nice day."

A perfect 5/7 for billing incompetence. TL:DR - For the love of god. don't. give. them. your. credit. card. details. Where do I begin? 1. Hearing good things, I Install the app to poke around, see what's what. 2. Chose the "free" plan. Cool, cool cool cool. 3. Wake up a few weeks later, charged $12954 USD on the old VISA card. 4. Emailed Aftership; "Hey, so, you know that *free* plan I signed up for?" 5. Aftership explained that their "Forever Free Plan" was actually a *new* plan, and I had unwittingly managed to rack up over ten thousand dollars worth of charges without so much as a notification, or automatic plan upgrade (like every single other app in the universe would do). 6. After some back and forth via email, Aftership VERY kindly refunded me $11,955 USD, costing me $999 USD for my mistake - fair enough. Maybe I misinterpreted the meaning of the "free" plan. Fair shake of the ol' sauce bottle. 7. Fast forward to the beginning of the next month (today), I receive a credit card charge for $4355 USD, PLUS another $599 USD. I proceed to laugh, assume this is a sick joke - surely, SURELY Aftership, after charging me over ten thousand dollars, then refunding me over ten thousand dollars, would have fixed the billing mistake. 8. I check my selected plan - it's the $599 option. .... .... Bueller?

Do not write a review until you have actually used the service and did a test run on your site. I did a test run and order a product from my site as a customer. Well, I clicked on the app to analyze everything, and guess what.... it doesn't open. I even tried to login from the actually site and not the app... well same thing happens. Last night I emailed support. Of course its the next day and no response. There also is no number to call or a live support or chat. This is freaking ridiculous! I hate to give bad reviews, but hey Im not too happy. Uninstall asap!

FFS!!!!! Now I have been blocked out my account for no reason. This App is AWESOME when it works, but really guys, minimum 24 hour before they reply to urgent queries like me being locked out my own account. This app is so temperamental, I was blocked out my own account for an hour today!!

Uninstalled. It was not syncing orders correctly and the support team haven't responded to my request for help.
