So these guys are at it again. This creature called Manish is a bad apple who should be removed. I have dealt with him before so I know when he plays around. He gives a standard template reply and doesn't get back for weeks together. Remember fellows, your brand image is at stake when your customers can't view their shipment status. Terrible service. I would give 0 stars any day. 1 star is too much for this kind of service.

It is really easy to set up and start using it. It has really good features and live chat. Varun did great to help me remove the branding on the tracking page. Will continue using AfterShip. :)

excellent app. shipping update transactional messages are highly relevant to customers & get great engagement. aftership is an excellent way to customize the messages and the landing page they point to. highly recommended.

OMG Guys . . .so I was in a pickle and I had to reach out to the online customer service and they are amazing. They really do go above and beyond the call of duty. Shubham is the man and if you ever need assistance cross your fingers that you get him. Do you know he even reached out to a team member to make sure the information he was providing was accurate? Never Have I Ever . . . have you? Well anyway, this is my first time installing the app and I am glad that I did. Look no further and just install it today. Oh, and if you get in a pickle as I did, just click the chat feature and anyone can help you. ENJOY!!!

Great app to implement a clean designed tracking page to your shop. Nice email templates too. Also very quick customer service. I recommend it !

This is a great app, and they have great customer service. Help is always available, and if I have an issue or don’t know how to do something, they take their time to help me figure it out. Thank you for adding more value to my store!
