When shipping from out of the country, AfterShip gives you and your customers a way of knowing things are going smoothly. A wonderful way to build trust and gain repeat customers. AfterShip is a must have.

With AfterShip, I'm easily able to have my customers directed to my custom order status page where the AfterShip software helps them get up-to-date tracking information on their shipments through my online store. This service has saved me countless hours of emailing back and forth with customers, and a lot of headache. Aftership is a great free tool for any young store! I highly recommend it!

Operating an e-commerce startup with limited resource is a challenge. Especially if you ship internationally using different shipping providers. Thanks to AfterShip we now no longer have to worry about which shipment is where. They are all conveniently listed in the app which saves us time (=money) and allows us to reach immediately to delayed shipments (=happy customers). The email support is very quick and helpful. We had a small problem with the integration which was resolved within 24 hours.

AfterShip has had fantastic customer service.Their "Returns Center" product is excellent!
