I am extremely satisfied with AfterShip Tracking's customer service efforts. They are attentive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I recently needed some help setting up the app, and the team walked me through the steps with kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended.

I just installed today so had a few questions and Rajat Saini from support immediately jumped in to help me. He set up a screen share and walked me through everything. I haven't tracked any shipments yet but I have to give a shoutout to their support team!
