This is really handy app to have with you. We have been using this for a while now and it's ticking all the boxes for us. On the bonus side is the active customer service team, really helpful. I have been using this great app for many many years now (since they had even fewer features). Now they have grown and become a very reliable and stable app that does everything you need in regards to tracking and keeping your customers up to date. Their integrations with 3rd party tools like Klaviyo makes the life even easier for our customers. The guys behind are doing a great job - and lately, the support has even improved - that's why after +5/6 years of using it I now finally feel they really worth +5 stars.
