I have been using this great app for many many years now (since they had even fewer features). Now they have grown and become a very reliable and stable app that does everything you need in regards to tracking and keeping your customers up to date. Their integrations with 3rd party tools like Klaviyo makes the life even easier for our customers. The guys behind are doing a great job - and lately, the support has even improved - that's why after +5/6 years of using it I now finally feel they really worth +5 stars.

I chatted with Harshvardhan in AS support today needing assistance with the review option in the tracking page. He was extremely helpful, quick to determine my needs and provide the guidance necessary to resolve my issue.

SUPPORT IS RESPONSIVE IF YOU HAVE ISSUES!! WORKS GOOD SO FAR. I HAVE TRIED A FEW OTHER PLATFORMS SO THIS SEEMS TO BE BEST

We use Aftership daily, great for tracking multiple orders from a single page. Customer service is quick to respond, even on the weekends.

Having a personalized Shipment tracking page really provides authenticity and peace of mind for your clients as well as raise the bar on your stores credibility. Aftership is amazing at this and their support is Fast to respond and help you with anything problem you need related to their app. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We used the app for customers to track their order. So far it is working well. Customer service is fast and willing to help with any issues. Great app. for your business. I worked with Harsh who was very patient and helpful in resolving my issue.

so far so good, just installed the app today and customer service was great. i use to track orders from correios on my store. little expensive the pro plan which has translation to portuguese from Brazil($99)
