I am in the process of building out my new store and have tested several different apps for integrations across various categories and the Aftership & Returns Center apps integration and setup have been very smooth. Plus great configuration options and the built in chat support is fantastic. Looking forward to a great store launch.
This is a great app for providing customers access to info on the status of their shipment. Great support from their team too when needed (which is rarely).
Seems like the perfect solution to making sure my customers are happy and notified. This takes the guess work out of some things.
The app is quite simple to use. The customer service department is outstanding. My only concern is that you cannot remove the "view on app" button from the mobile view of the tracking page, which I find distracting, but so far no customers have complained! Thank you very much.

Useful app to keep my customers updated on the status of their packages from the warehouse to their door step!
I am still trying out this app but so far it's working very well. Customers are receiving notices and I am receiving updates about my shipments. Customer support has been very good.

Great service if you find yourself need it. Spoke to customer support through chat and they helped point me in the right direction and fix the problem in about 5 minutes.

Very happy with this app. Good for small businesses. Offer a free subscription too, with a quota of 50 shipments per month.
