Super easy system to use and install and probably one of the best customer service teams I have experienced across all of my Shopify apps. 1000 STARS!! Keep up the superior work. I am newly using this app, jump from 17Track and Parcel Panel. Aftership is cheaper and providing more tracking over cost. I rate 5 for their support, as fast and straight forward. I was requesting to embed their tracking session into my theme using their widget feature. But this does not come with their product recommendation session. I think Aftership can be improved with their widget addon with product recommendation feature in near future. It will helps a lot.

This app has great functionality for shipment / shopment satisfaction )) I am grateful that it has a free plan available for a growing business. Easy step-by-step instructions, user-friendly interface! Great job! Happy to have it!

I am in the process of building out my new store and have tested several different apps for integrations across various categories and the Aftership & Returns Center apps integration and setup have been very smooth. Plus great configuration options and the built in chat support is fantastic. Looking forward to a great store launch.

This is a great app for providing customers access to info on the status of their shipment. Great support from their team too when needed (which is rarely).

The app is quite simple to use. The customer service department is outstanding. My only concern is that you cannot remove the "view on app" button from the mobile view of the tracking page, which I find distracting, but so far no customers have complained! Thank you very much.
