Despite having some initial issues with this app as the wrong courier was automatically identified (e.g. DPD instead of DPD UK), after some excellent customer service from Riyaz at Aftership, the tracking is now working. This is a great service as it helps customers track their order at each stage of the process which will enable us to offer a great customer service. It's very easy to use. I would recommend this app - just make sure the correct couriers are used otherwise it won't track your orders.

Replaced my current delivery tracking and notification app with Aftership. Night and day difference in the program and the deliverables to the customers. Thank you, still exploring all the great features.

Customer support is quick and super helpful. The interface is very easy to use and allows you to brand it yourself which is something I really like.

The app integrates great with Shopify. When an order is fulfilled it automatically populates the shipment into Aftership and sends updates on tracking to the customer. The support team is great and accommodating to feedback. A great app!
