Good app, simple layout make it easy to use. Able to track orders and returns easily. The out for delivery section is very useful to understand the order's movement and delivery frequency. The customer support team is available at all times and giving the best service. Thanks to the support person "Varun" for the quick and good support in clearing few doubts. There is only 5 Stars to choose from if there were 10 it would have been selected. I run a drop ship site and up to recently i was using the mobile ap to track parcels for customers. No i use the shopify app store version and its integration is just mind blowing what they have done. It is going to save me tons of team to concentrate on other things relevant to my store. I love the fact that it show to download the app with customer order once order is confirmed they just click the link it installs and tracks their order. The sms and email notices the customer receive also i used to have to do that all manually. Always fast and quick for support issues Thanks for this app.

app is essential is accurate and up to date every store needs this. i also have it on my mobile so i scan parcels and receive updates on status.
