We started using Aftership as a trial version to notify our customers in advance about the status of their shipments. Questions regarding parcel status dropped to 50% which reduced our workload and made customers happy. Furthermore the customer service team of aftership did a great job to resolve an issue we had at the beginning. Also I want to stress out the availability and response time of the team. This is by far the best Shipping Tracking app for you and your customers. Its so easy to use and connects with Shopify seamlessly! The best part is the branded tracking page, it looks so nice you can add your logo, links, products and instagram feed and more. Highly recommend! Thanks.

Everything I have seen from AfterShip so far is great. My customers receive an email based on what I set up, and I no longer have questions about orders. We ship out the order, and AfterShip does the rest.
