This app worked really well until about 1 month ago. For no reason it decided to not track parcels and not email customers with tracking numbers. When we needed support... all we got was a false hope promise that they were look into the problem. We have waited over a month and have decided to move on to a more reliable app. UPDATE I have changed my original score from 2 stars to 4 stars. The support people really made the difference with this issue. They were in constant contact with us and even had a personal call to help us work through the issue. While the fault was not their doing (Australia Post made some changes but didn't notify anyone), it did take too long, too many emails and a poor review before it became a priority to fix the issue. We are back on track thanks to the Aftership support team.

I'm still learning to use this app, but until now I'm happy with the same. I just want to automate the return and exchange process. To save some time it is best to use something like this. So, now I just have to click some options and done.

My store is still new and so I haven't started using the app live, but the support from the team have been exceptional with ensuring my store is ready for launch. Keep it up guys. Can’t wait to launch

AfterShip is an excellent solution for tracking shipments! Only minor issue is that there are no SSL certificates on custom domains. That said, the customer support is very responsive.

AFTER SHIP an amazing tool to provide the absolute best in customer service. I use it daily and would not know how to service my accounts well without AFTER SHIP.

Great app! When couldn’t locate a package for our customer, AfterShip was our hero, allowing us to get an update in mere moments. I only wish they offered the option to send that update to customer without having to have a paid plan. Once we get more sales we will definitely be updating. This is a must have tool for all Shopify merchants.

I don't understand why Aftership won't sync tracking outside of the 3 days windows. If is it a pricing issue, they should have just charge accordingly.

This app saves me so much time. The desktop version is incredible. I gave 4 stars because I would love to see the Android app be improved. Do not hesitate to go with Aftership. It's simply amazing.

This app provides me with the most details for my AliExpress shipments. I really like the tracking dashboard where I can see the tracking status of all my orders which are automatically synced with my www.kidswatches.co.nz Shopify store.

We've been using Aftership for a few years. It is a great app, but we are now going uninstall and use Shopify's default shipping notifications. One thing to be aware of if you are considering this app, is that you will be forced to pay an extra $10/mo for an SSL. If you don't, your customers will see a 'not safe' message on your tracking page. Other than that, it works as well as they say it does.

OK. Here's the thing. This app has saved us a lot of time and stress. It has also helped to give our customers some peace of mind which is crucial. So far we're loving this app. It is going to really come into it's own this Christmas season. *Update* Still getting good service from tis app. Since we started using it we have no customers get in touch with us asking where their packages are. Which is great because they are at ease since they know where there packages are.

Great app, good looking and easy to use. Installed on Shopify and connected to autoimport tracking numbers shows to do what it promises. It allows to add to the store an element which makes it more practical and professional, with benefits both the customer and the seller that does not waste more time on the phone... I read that it would be appreciated for the translation in additional languages , I think it would be useful to provide a template to fill out , I would do it today for the Italian.

Awesome app and great help for our domestic shipments! Easy to use and integrates beautifully with major forwarders. I would give 5 stars if it would support forwarder which we use for international shipments.

Great app! The best part of this app is that it easily incorporates into your customer's order history page for fast acquisition of shipment status. That has helped reduce customer service calls and valuable time that can be used elsewhere. My only complaint is that customers will have to already know their tracking information in order to use this feature. I would love to have the ability to let customers use their email address or order # to get their tracking information. Overall, I am pretty satisfied and support is quick to respond.
