Aftership has given us the ability to provide peace of mind to our online jewelry customers - and knowledge of delivery status for ourselves as well. We ship our jewelry with confidence knowing that all parties involved can track the process from start to finish. Customer service time is decreased and customer satisfaction is up! Great service and highly recommended.

The ability to track packages with a branded package for free is really nice, especially in the beginning because you have less resources at first. The branding increases awareness and legitimacy. It's a small perk, but very useful. Have not tried the SMS delivery notifications, but that should reduce customer support in theory. Will look to try it out in the future.

I love this app! It helps me and my customers track the package easily with live updates. It makes our store look even more reliable. Definitely recommending this app to use with your shopify store!

Works perfectly on my site that is using Shopify's Debut theme. It adds a widget where a customer puts his tracking code. It then opens a customized tracking page with the information :)

There is nothing more assuring to my customers than knowing they can track their shipment easily the whole way to their door. This works great, professional looking and so much better than a previous system I was using. Nice work, your returns plugin is just as good as well.

Aftership is such a sound product, and in my opinion a must-have for every ecommerce store. The best part is that it covers literally all the logistics players in the world, agnostic of region and scale. It makes tracking so simple, and notifications on every step of the order lifecycle keeps customers informed and on their toes. Would have been great if their SMS pricing was a tad cheaper :) But still, Aftership is second to none.
