I can not thank the support team at Aftership enough for working through all the questions and the special request that I have had for both the tracking app and the new returns app. Both apps work great and provide a very clean user interface for my customers to track their orders and process returns. Keep up the great work Aftership.

One of the best features about this app is the ability for me to get instant notifications about the status of various shipments. It's a great tool- it lets me see if my customers have received their shipments and it allows me to follow up with them. I'm really glad that I have this app- the best part- it's free!

Love love using aftership. Without it we get SO many customer emails asking where their orders are. It is so worth it for the time savings of customers knowing where their orders are at all times.

Really great app. Lets us have all courier companies on one url under our branding. Good to keep up on the status of customer orders as well. Loving it.

Our customers LOVE getting all of their shipping status updates throughout their order's progress from our store to its destination. It's one of the most frequently cited positives customers mention in reviews of our store. The pricing is very reasonable. We love Aftership as much as our customers do!

AfterShip fills a necessary gap in our serving our customers. We are able to see when packages go missing or remain in-transit far too long - and then reach out to our customers to give them better updates. AfterShip helps us track packages beyond what Shopify and the order fulfillment software does. Thank you AfterShip!

I have been using Aftership for a few months and finding it extremely useful to have a single branded page for customers to check on their delivery status.

Awesome app. I ship over 95% of my orders internationally, and international shipping takes time. Aftership helps me stay in touch with my customers during the shipping. It also provides a platform where customers can easily track their package in English - especially helpful because my local shipping provider only offers a local language tracking page. That alone is worth the money. It will send emails or even SMS to customers letting them know when their package is out for delivery or when there has been a failed delivery attempt. I can even customise these emails to let my customers know what they can do when there has been a failed delivery attempt. I also chose to let Aftership email me when a package has been delivered. This is awesome because I can then follow up with clients to ask how they like their product. I'm actually trying to turn this into a post-purchase automation.
