Awesome app. I ship over 95% of my orders internationally, and international shipping takes time. Aftership helps me stay in touch with my customers during the shipping. It also provides a platform where customers can easily track their package in English - especially helpful because my local shipping provider only offers a local language tracking page. That alone is worth the money. It will send emails or even SMS to customers letting them know when their package is out for delivery or when there has been a failed delivery attempt. I can even customise these emails to let my customers know what they can do when there has been a failed delivery attempt. I also chose to let Aftership email me when a package has been delivered. This is awesome because I can then follow up with clients to ask how they like their product. I'm actually trying to turn this into a post-purchase automation.

I'm still trying to figure out how this app works but from what I'm seeing it really has solved many of the challenges we've been having with tracking orders. Hopefully this will help us achieve some or a complete automated trackable shipment. It has always been a challenge keeping customers updated on the status of their order. Even it the shipment is going to be a week late; they still like us when we at least inform them. They hate us when they find out a week later that it's been delayed. FloorCity.com

Amazing app! Great functionality. Just wished they had Slovenian post as well. Yogi offers just amazing support. Our logistics aspect is now complete and we can start looking for dropshippers for our unique phone cases - www.mmore.net

This app does a great job at notifying our customers about their packages from multiple fulfillment centers. Best of all it can notify us about exceptions before they become a problem. It really makes us look good! Would highly recommend it.
