If you want to ruin your business, go with this app. Subscribed to a plan but the app didn't work. Support, as you can already read in this section, the slowest and literally talking no solution. Ended up paying for a non-working app. Switching to Tracktor. Bye

The concept is good but it falls over in execution. Firstly, I could never get to the bottom of why AfterShip will not synchronise all orders which is the bread and butter, so customers are missing from the tracking notifications. The response from support is that I need to speak to the carrier, but that doesn't explain to me why AfterShip can not at least acknowledge the order in "shipments" nor why if the order is manually added the tracking seems to work fine. This leads to the second point, like many other comments, there's an issue with customer service. There's no chat so it's all down to email response. An email to their support to address missing shipments shouldn't need to be repeated several times with a templated unhelpful response. Ultimately the shipments remain missing unless I add them manually, I received a closed ticket and a request asking "how did we do?". I hope that AfterShip will take a good look at their customer support if they really are interested in feedback.

This company is an absolute disgrace. Never have we experienced such poor customer service in our professional life. We have orders stuck due to incorrect set up. This company will you hang your business out to dry. Please look at other apps this is by the far the worst tracking service on shopify! By a country mile!

I've just installed the app, lured it can do lot's of things, but once ive added the app i cant see proper tutorial how to make this app appear in my Shopify store? i find it so confusing! i dont think there will be help around the corner, i have to figure out all configuration myself and im not strong with developers skills...

Used this for 3 years but now it's unbearable. Overpriced and tracking only really works a handful of times. The customer support only responds once a day so it a week+ to get anything fixed

AfterShip is definitely not an app you want on your store. It lacks functionality, sneakily overcharges you, and doesn't let you remove it.

Atrocious support. Doesn't support DPD UK, yet happy to charge me hundreds of dollars for trackings that didn't go beyond 'pending' status. Have emailed support five times over two weeks requesting a refund - NO RESPONSE. Will be taking the matter up with Shopify support to recover funds. Real shame as this app used to be so good.

I recently re-installed the aftership for the free monthly plan with up to 50 shipping quota. However, as I got into the dashboard, it tells me "Your free trial has expired. Please pick a plan." As far as I know, I have less than 10 shipping tracked with the app so far, so not sure where this is coming from. Please advise ASAP so I can move forward accordingly.

They ask for review before they let you use the app. I cant get the app to install. The error I am getting API key error. On the phone with Shopify support now.

This is one of those times where you should disregard the rating and read the 1 star reviews, because like every other 1 star review on this app, I was also stung with deceptive a price plan and then continuous charges, even after uninstalling the app. I had to contact shopify to step in to stop the billing to my account. Find another app...trust me.

Wow! The concept is amazing I really love it. But then when you need help you get a support team which is probably from India who doesn't help and just send you to the FAQ page. Needed help for the past 5 days and got nothing from them except some BS. DON'T INSTAL THIS APP!

The dashboard clearly shows that I'am on the FREE plan. I had this app installed for multiple months without paying a cent. Guess what out of the blue I got a charge for $300 on a plan I'am not supposed to be chagred. I will update this review If this is resovled but after unsucessfull attempts of getting this resolved with the customer supprot I'am left with having to dispute this charge on shopify and with my bank. As of now I would recommed anyone reading this to just look for a different app. Kind regards.

The customer support is too lousy. The app itself works fine. but if there is a technical issue, do expect a looooooooooog time to be fixed. As for my case, it took more than 15 days and I am still not getting a useful answer from the customer service team. You only get a standard reply "We will fix this as earliest for you, we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you."...........BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT for my 1 star review

Some of the worst support I have encountered. Been struggling with one simple problem and I get a new customer service representative replying each time, wanting me to resubmit the exact same thing. Feels like I'm talking to bot it's that bad! Pulling my hair out. Better look somewhere else for a shipping app.

BE AWARE OF YOUR CARD DATA WILL BE STOLEN AND CHARGED SUDDENTLY. I'm on Starter (Free) plan with 100 quota. Stil today charged me Invoice #FEBB46C-0022 Receipt #2245-6803 $60 USD for nothing. Even i cancel my paid membership. Once you enter the card details there is no way to remove it. They will also not willing to remove. All you need to open a dispute with your bank. This is a serious problem against PCI compliance. We are contacting with Stripe and Shopify about the issue. There is a law regarding save customer card data. And this will be a serious case file against customer rights. We will involve our company lawyer and will fight for this.

Thanks for the review. There is no such concern with the app and billing part. As per the mentioned invoice there are 120 extra tracking numbers for which you were charged. Please reply to the email and we can talk on this further.

Not good. Wouldn't let me past the first registration screen. All fields filled out correctly but then program just stops. Bit buggy for me and just makes me nervous if they can't make the install process simply and easy. Keep working on it guys. disapointed!
