I just installed the app today so I don't know how it performs yet. However, the customer support was excellent. I will contact them if I have any problems in the future.

Deep, was very patient with me and helped me understand how to "Map" my shipping and how to have better overall understanding of how to use the platform. Thank you Deep for your professionalism and patience with me, as I am still new to all of this.

The AfterShip Tracking app not only does a great job with records for shippings. They have excellent customer service. Quick and informative customer support - you do not find this daily. Their compassion is evident as they support their customers both textually and in words. Highly recommend!
