This app is a life saver! I have lost nearly 10 accounts through refunds due customers' needs for real-time information about their orders. Aftership fulfills this need perfectly. Thanks guys.

AWESOME TECH SUPPORT. We had some technical issues. We reached out to chat. They were SUPER responsive and helpful but the problem was challenging. The chat person (and it WAS a real person :) offered to set us up with a video call with one of their tech supervisors. He was really helpful and got the problem solved quickly.

Fabulous app. Works out of the box and for the non-US carriers that I've used. Performs well and support is great too.

Love everything about this app and it's transparency. It helps me keep track of all my deliveries in one view which is super helpful when trying to troubleshoot delivery issues. Ankush is awesome and he's always a text away with any help I may need. Great & worthy app.
