This is really handy app to have with you. We have been using this for a while now and it's ticking all the boxes for us. On the bonus side is the active customer service team, really helpful. We haven't explored the full potential of this app yet, but already it's fulfilling our requirements. Thank you!

Honestly, you cannot beat this customer service! Truly amazing! Always available, knowledgeable, and super nice and helpful! I recommend everyone to get the Automizely apps. The free ones are so good I cant believe they're free, and the paid ones aren't that expensive. Plus they are constantly improving and updating the apps with new features and info! Thank you! Please keep up the good work!!

I have been using this great app for many many years now (since they had even fewer features). Now they have grown and become a very reliable and stable app that does everything you need in regards to tracking and keeping your customers up to date. Their integrations with 3rd party tools like Klaviyo makes the life even easier for our customers. The guys behind are doing a great job - and lately, the support has even improved - that's why after +5/6 years of using it I now finally feel they really worth +5 stars.

Quick and efficient. Agent resolved my request within minutes. I have also been testing the app on my store and it provides the accurate shipping info. I love that the app can be integrated into my store and customers can track their orders with no issues.
