a must have for any business makes shipping customer care so much easier and as good as this app is it would be nothing without the on point kind and knowledgeable customer service that comes with it..its cazy i dont even know if they are 24 hr but they are always there when i need that so they are 24hrs for me...keep up the good work guys

I was completely clueless when I installed Aftership. I joined a chat and my representative was able to quickly help me through it and get it working despite my learning curve. It turned out to be pretty easy afterall! I recommend it!
