I was setting up the app and was trying to send a test notification to myself but it didn't work. Rohit and Riyaz attended to my support request. I love the fact that the app has a live chat support. You can't imagine how helpful it is to get support timely when there's a problem ... instead of sending email and waiting for hours for a response. Kudos to Aftership team for the amazing support. Riyaz was able to quickly identify the root cause and helped me to fix it. Very happy with the support team.

So far, I am really enjoying this app. Very smooth all in one package. Customer service is quick, and on point with their systems. This is only day 2 for me, I am having fun installing everything and integrating my business.

I liked everything about this app and the new features added with amazing customer service! must follow all the steps and test your emails so you know your customers are going to get they email to they main inbox. recommend this app to everyone. what I like the most is they help you till you succeed.

Very impressed with the customer service, did not expect any response at late Friday night, but got a quick one, solved the issue. Will try the free version, and will upgrade if it works well. Having confidence with this kind of customer services.

This app is great! Easy setup and allows the customers the ability to track their package and receive shipping updates! Customer service is quick and easy!

Great app so far! I love the branded tracking page and email updates. I was also given the option of removing the AfterShip branding from tracking page which was a great bonus to the offer.

so far so good, just installed the app today and customer service was great. i use to track orders from correios on my store. little expensive the pro plan which has translation to portuguese from Brazil($99)

Great functions to it, very helpful at organizing the busy moving pieces of your business. Free plan does a lot for you and that's the entry-level, so one could only imagine paid. Ankush and all the support team members are very helpful and are ready at a 5min notice.
