I used this app's free version to track customer order shipping. Hands down one of the best track shipping app and amazing customer support who are always ready to help you with any questions you have. Highly recommended for new businesses and startups.

Very useful app - helps me to manage all the shipments in one place and also offers a better user experience from customers' perspective. Team support is also amazing which provides a great level of ease of mind using this app. Highly recommend.

I just used the application so I have not yet explored the application to have a clear opinion, however it has very interesting features, a very responsive and efficient after-sales service. Possibility to customize the order tracking page, to suggest products to increase your average basket, and many other features... I like it

J'avais besoin d'obtenir les fichiers import que Aftership extrait de Shopify, étant donné que cela se fait automatiquement ils n'ont pas pu me le fournir. Le service client a tout fait pour m'aider au mieux.

Update: I have encountered a few issues after changing my website domain. Ankush from Support was very supportive and helped me out for an hour till my problem was solved. Deeply appreciate the patience and assistance rendered. Himanshu from the Support was very patient and answered my queries thoroughly with explanations and pictures. I would recommend for their service! The Aftership interface was also very intuitive and easily navigable!

It was super easy to get tracking for my customers, even if I didn't know what I was doing, it worked LOL. And when I had a question, someone helped me in like 1 minute. Love it!

These guys are the best, always there to help, literally instant assistance. I couldn't be happier with the support I have received. Super easy system to use and install and probably one of the best customer service teams I have experienced across all of my Shopify apps. 1000 STARS!! Keep up the superior work. Extremely happy with this app. Makes the tracking side of the store look more professional and easy to navigate. I highly recommend this app.
