Shubham was an amazing help in preparing Aftership to work for my business. He was patient, attentive, and extremely efficient. At the end of the session, I was able to build out a valuable automated workflow. Shubham was instrumental in making this happen.

I used this app to provide my customers with a well informed shopping experience. I wanted them to receive up-to-date information on their product and its' shipping process. I contacted support to have the AfterShip brand removed from my store (something they mention on their site). The response was very quick and the branding was removed within minutes. Thank you Shubham!

Very cool integration settings so far I have yet to use it though so we’ll see definitely needed it.

Just installed and browsing through it...so far so good. I was recommended by others who were already running Shopify stores that Aftership is one of the top five apps every store must have that's the reason why i installed it.

As a newbie in dropshipping world it always confused me how to manage and track the shipments then notify my customers. This App is magical, you don't need to worry about such things again. Just relax and watch it do all the tracking and notifications on your behalf. Excellent!!!!

Prompt customer support and they respond quickly to inquiries. The tracking page looks great and is customizable.

So far, I'm very happy with the app! It allows my customers to look up orders and I can manually input shipping for orders that I have to fulfill myself (not through the fulfillment partner). It sends emails & SMS messages as well! Annnddd the customer service has been great!! Each time I send a chat message, someone responds within a minute or two. Good stuff so far! Thanks Aftership!!

So far the service seems to be impeccable. I have been assisted in a very prompt way by Varun. Would definitely recommend
