It seems good but I need more time to explore it and use it. I just recently signed up and I'm still trying to figure it all out.

Very useful and really nice customer service. I love it. always happy with this app. The app is so nice and the price is affordable.

I am still trying out this app but so far it's working very well. Customers are receiving notices and I am receiving updates about my shipments. Customer support has been very good.

Worst customer service ever, breaches GDPR (sends sms promo to your customers without your knowledge). Im using Aftership returns center which is good but this app is gone..

I used this app for better tracking info, and communication with clients. Very easy to install and set up, with a friendly chat ! Recommend it.

This app's pricing structure is very nice for beginners, it's free till we reach certain orders. Not very intuitive to use though! I wish there was an idiot-proof tutorial for all beginners to learn how to use the app!

Support is quick to respond and helpful. The only think I don't like in this app is that there is no cap at their plans. It can go up to thousands per month depending on sales volume.

Very happy with this app. Good for small businesses. Offer a free subscription too, with a quota of 50 shipments per month.
