I had a problem with Refresh template. Jasmine, Anivia and the tech support have been really professional in solving my issue, providing updates and confirming that everything was working smoothly.

My Shopify Homepage is a little bit hard to set up the APP, so I asked the support, Liz to help me. And the process is very fast, just one hour then my shop is perfectly set up.

Yet I am still discovering the app, but I am in love with its features and the support team - Esther and Liz - is very amiable and professional, they helped me to setup the app smoothly, up & running and now I am happy that I can see my customers reviews on my webstore. A BIG THANK YOU for such a lovely and useful app.

The support is on point. I was experiencing a bit of a tech glitch, but Emily was very patient and helpful. It took a little bit, but she was able to figure it out and now the app is running on my product pages perfectly smooth and I actually really enjoy it. Thank you air reviews!
