Incredibly easy way to collect and display reviews. Abby was super helpful in troubleshooting and helping us get our reviews up and running! She was wonderful :)

My interaction with Esther (your rep) was great. Just after a few moments, and without remote access, she guided me to resolve my issue and also point out next steps. She seems quite knowledgeable, professional, and easy to follow.

An excellent, user-friendly product review app. The best free one imo. Jasmine and Anivia helped to provide the customisations I needed swiftly. I'd definitely recommend this to other stores.

I was searching for a review app for my shop and come across this app. What caught me is that it is totally free! And reviews so far are excellent. I read on and decided to install the app for the shop. Because that I had reached out to them and done up my csv file. Still can't upload successfully. So I sent in to support and attended by Sunny and Toby. She's been such a great help. She helped me to check and see that the file was already loaded successfully. Then she helped me to set up the review box. Since online, I asked a lot of questions and she was patient throughout. I further asked her to help me set up the star rating which I think Toby is the one helping me. While I was waiting, I was doing other things. It was set up pretty fast. My experience with the support was great! I hope they can continue and keep it up and high quality service over the time.

We had a small duplication problem which once I raised it as an issue was cleared by the lovely team of Lydia and Toby. Real fast service so was pleased. Not sure why it happened in the first place but hey it just noughts & ones. Thanks team

This is a great app with some awesome features. It was very easy to integrate with our store and to import our existing reviews. Due to user error, we needed to involve their support team for the final setup, and they were extremely knowledgeable. Liz is particularly helpful!
