The app works well overall, and while it has a few shortcomings, the support team and developers are genuinely eager to help. Recently, Arthur from support forwarded my request to the development team, and they fixed the issue promptly. I’ve reached out multiple times in the past for configuration questions or the occasional issue, and they always respond quickly and jump right in.

I recently installed this review app on my Shopify store, and so far, the experience has been fantastic, largely due to the exceptional support I received from Arthur. Setting up a new app can sometimes be daunting, but Arthur was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the entire process. He even assisted me in configuring the system to send review request emails for all my past orders, which was a huge bonus and saved me a ton of time. The app interface itself is very easy to navigate and seems straightforward to use for managing reviews. However, since this is a very newly installed app, I need more time to fully assess its impact and see how effective it is at increasing review volume and conversion rates over the next few months. Based on the initial setup and the stellar customer service, I'm optimistic! Highly recommended for the support alone

The reviews section UI is excellent, it's actually the main reason I chose this app. It fits perfectly with my theme. The 24/7 customer support is also fantastic! Hana first, and then Jennie, both helped me resolve the issues I was facing. Thanks!

Awesome support. Kipuka is very helpful, she knows exactly what's happening n got it fixed in a tick. Very clear with her instructions what I have to do and explanation as to what's going on and what she did to fix it. 5 stars!

I was really confused about how the app settings worked, but Hana walked me through everything so patiently. She was kind, clear, and made it super easy to understand. She took the time to explain things clearly and never made me feel silly for asking questions. Amazing customer service!
