Audrey and Toby, a fantastic duo, set up and imported our Amazon reviews in under an hour. While we had a small batch of reviews, they made the process seamless, helping us get up and running quickly.

I am extremely happy with my experience using Air Product Review App and UGC. Since I started, their support team has been outstanding always responsive and really helpful. They guided me every step of the way making sure I felt confident using the product. I am very grateful to Emily for that.

Ironically I dont write many reviews, but this has got to be one of the best apps on Shopify for review management , you can easily use more than one review source seamlessly and thier product is very easy to use and fully customisable . Also their support is excellence after months of using the free plan problem free , Today i had a issue and Spoke with Hana in support, who was polite and extermley efficent. The issue was resolved in under 10 minutes if that. 5 stars from me

I could not speak more highly about AirReivews and in particular their customer service. I worked with Hana to fix a problem that had taken me a long time of trial and errors to try and rectify which i eventually realised i could not fix myself. I reached out to the customer service chat function and Hana responded to me instantly and had fixed the issue within 5 mins of our engagement! I could not speak more highly of the service and of Hana. Highly recommended.

This app has been my go to for reviews for this whole year and I've got no intention on changing app. I was struggling importing from amazon and Jasmine was super helpful, she gave me the link to download the amazon specific chrome extension which took 2 minutes to install and imported all reviews without issue in about 20 seconds. Great service and app

Damian and the technician Doris assisted me today. The app is perfect in itself. However, they helped me to alter it to my website needs. Highly recommended app and the best customer support ever! Kudo to Damian and the technician Doris again
